Michigan Road Animal Hospital at 96th Street

The service at Michigan Road Animal Hospital at 96th Street was superb. As soon as I walked into the doors, the front desk showed they cared about my pugs' well-being. The vet-technician was excellent and she saw one of my dogs was overly anxious. He was excessively breathing so she took him to the back for water and a fanned kennel. Dr. Sara was really great as well. She listened and checked over the pugs from tail to head. She provided care and recommendations. Since, Stewie (anxious one) was still having problems, she brought him back to me to examine on the table and took a fan from the groomers to keep him cool. The pet care was genuine, caring and well structured from beginning to end. I highly recommend them.

The facility is modern and well-maintained, and the vets explain everything clearly so you know exactly what your pet needs. One thing to keep in mind is that it can get a little busy during peak hours, but the quality of care makes it worth the wait. Tip: Booking an appointment ahead of time helps you avoid long waits. A great clinic if you want your pet to be treated with genuine care.

Everyone in this office is so friendly and so helpful! 10/10 will bring my cats here for as long as I'm in Indy. And Sarah is an amazing groomer! I can't recommend them enough.

I have been coming here for the last 12 or so years. They have always taken great care of all my dogs, and I have referred them to anyone that asks me for a good vet. I won't take my dogs anywhere else. They really care about your pets and treat them like family. They are very reasonably priced too.

From check in to my conversation with Dr. Genna, I was treated with respect and kindness. The news wasn't good regarding Bitty's condition but Dr. Genna was compassionate and kind.
