The only vet I trust for my iguanas. Remarkable expertise in exotics. They’ve done excellent work and showed so much care and compassion for my animals; from wellness checks, operations, and the sad day at the end of life. 15 years experience as a client and I’ll continue to make the drive because my lizards deserve the best, and Dr. Lennox and her team ARE the best.

I had to make the hardest decision of my life to put down my beautiful rabbit. He was about 11 years old with a tumor, making it extremely hard to move. When I walked in for my appointment, they already had a room ready for him. They walked me through step by step on how putting him to sleep would go. I never felt like they overcharged me or forced unnecessary tests like other vets have done to me in the past. They made me feel like I made the right choice for his well-being, and I gave him amazing care. The system they have is very well put together. The place was extremely clean and professional. I will come back for my other exotic pets whenever I need to. Thank you to the staff who helped me through this difficult time. Side note, the third-party service that they used for pet cremations was amazing and greatly priced. I was just expecting his ashes, but I got his ashes in a carved wooden box. They also gave me some of his fur, another clay paw print, and a cute little nose print. If you are considering going to this vet for your pet's care, please do. I loved this place.

Took in my crested gecko for a professional opinion on his FTS (floppy tail syndrome) and all is well. They were very kind and handled him well. Didn’t need to remove his tail or anything, they suggested that I keep monitoring him and making sure he stays healthy. Overall a nice experience. Thank you guys for seeing us, we’ll be back if we need it for sure!

Staff was mostly friendly and knowledgeable. The vet was very nice. We took our leopard gecko to get checked out. They did a thorough exam, gave us treatment options, and we were able to make a plan that worked best for us. Scheduling was easy via text. Heads up, you will have to pay a deposit prior to your appointment, but that deposit is applied to the cost of your exam. I only ended up having to pay for the supplies they recommended at the actual appointment. Will definitely be going back for any of our exotic animal needs.

We have been bringing our rabbit here for nearly ten years, and the staff has been with us through everything from routine checkups, to big health scares and surgeries, and ultimately to our pet's end-of-life care. They are committed to making sure that you are informed every step of the way in every situation, and the doctors take great care in being thorough about your options but realistic about the expectations. You can tell that they really care about these animals and that they want to help you do what's best for them for the animal's own sake. I can't recommend them enough!

Coming from someone who is very skeptical of doctors, mechanics, etc, my experience and intuition have led me to believe that this is the only place where my wife and I will be bringing our beloved rabbits. We had to drive 3 hours to have one of our rabbits looked at, and would happily do it again. The thorough treatment was less than the initial assessment. There was no misleading information, and no unnecessary charges.

We absolutely love this place for our Cockatiel Abby! Can’t recommend them enough! They always take amazing care of her for her check ups and nail trims. We also have used their emergency after hours visit, which was very convenient and worth it. They are amazing to work with! We love that they are avian board certified and we wouldn’t wanna take Abby anywhere else! 😊
