I had a scheduling issue with my appointment when I checked in, but the team at Banfield Pet Hospital went above and beyond to make things right. They were able to fit my pet in between other cases, and I was incredibly grateful for their flexibility and willingness to help. From the front desk staff to the veterinarian, everyone was friendly, compassionate, and genuinely cared about my pet’s well-being. The veterinarian took the time to answer my questions and made me feel confident that my pet was receiving excellent care. Even with a busy schedule, the entire team remained professional, attentive, and welcoming. Overall, I had a great experience and truly appreciate the care my pet received. Thank you to the entire team!

I could not say good enough things about this location! My dog got hurt late last night, and they were able to get us in the next morning. We called 3 closer locations first, but they were able to book us within the hour! The staff is exceptional! From the receptionist, the assisting nurse, all the way to Dr. Hall - every single person was kind, helpful, and SO sweet to my very anxious pup. They took amazing care of my dog, while providing us with all the supportive information. If I lived closer, this would 100% be our primary location! Thank you for everything you do for the fur babies, you guys are great!

Dr Pagent is the absolute by far the best! She has provided care for 4 of my dogs over a span of 14 yrs! . 3 from spay to adult, they are now 9,4 and 3 yrs! I wouldn't even entertain the thought of someone else see to my dogs care! Thanks for the care!

My doggy passed away at home 2 wks ago today. The photo where he is snuggling with me was his last night. The staff was so wonderful when I brought him. I wish I remember the gentleman's name, but appreciate what he did for me, as he knew I was struggling. Thank you Banfield off 86th street in Indianapolis.

Lack of transparency, communication and care at this location. I made an in person appointment at 10 and 10:30 for my two dogs. The staff told me they were understaffed which I was understanding of. During the hour I sat in the room with my dogs, I never saw the vet. I told the nurse that one dog didn’t need all vaccines because I had them done elsewhere and she didn’t update the vaccines in the system. They took my dogs back to withdraw blood and do vaccines and then came back and said they needed more time so come back in an hour. So I left the dogs and came back to the office an hour later. I sat in the main office for 30 minutes and they gave me the update that they were working on the dogs, and they would give me a call when they were done. So I left and another 2.5 hours pasted with no updates. The office turned their phones off, so I was unable to connect with any staff as I waited and had no missed calls from the office. I showed up at 3pm and was informed that they had not done anything with one dog because they didn’t have enough time. My dogs had been in the office for 5 hours at that point. I never saw or spoke to the vet. Horrible experience overall would not make an appointment at the location or with Dr. Heather Marie Padgett again.

Thank you Banfield team for taking care of my fur baby after her dog attack. The antibiotics didn't cause any side effects and she is back to normal.

My husband was in with my boxer, Denny (who is very stubborn) and he said they were very nice and took good care of him. Thank you! He's my baby and I was very worried.
