I love going to STVH. The staff is amazing, kind, and knowledgeable. Love Dr. Chloe. Dr. Chloe correctly diagnosed my kitty with asthma. She was spot on. My kitty now has an inhaler. Kitty has not had an asthma attack since then.I do not feel judged at all with Dr. Chloe and STVH staff. Thank you so much for helping my kitty feel much better. In gratitude, MH

The waiting area is open and welcoming. The staff are all courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. We were taken back a few minutes before our appointment time, and the doctor was in shortly thereafter. Her exam was thorough and all options were presented and next steps were determined. The whole experience could not have been easier.

Best experience with a veterinarian ever. I have 4 dogs and cats. I will be taking them here from now on. Very patient doctor with my Great Pyrenees that can be very stubborn and shy but she was excellent and made the dog feel at ease. Would highly recommend them.

Staff and Dr Brown were warm, caring, and put my bunny Tulip at ease. She immediately started to feel better on the meds they prescribed for her. I’m so happy to have found a vets office with experience treating exotics. ❤️

I would absolutely recommend this vet to anybody who has parrots, I took my bird Cheeto in for a lump that I found on him. When I got him into the waiting room, my bird was super calm, which made me feel At ease!! They were very gentle with him when they examined him in the back my parrot does not like female however he was super comfortable with them. Which says a lot!!! They were not sure what the lump was so we decided that I would keep an eye on it for a week give him bath and see if maybe it heals on its own, if not bring him back in For a small sample of the bump without sedation!I will be bringing my other parrots in for the yearly checkups soon.
