Banfield Pet Hospital

Gabriel was insanely helpful, i wish i lived in this town because this would be my main banfield off my first visit with the practice manager, he helped so much with the costs and help get my puppy feeling comfortable and okay in the car again. the vet was super helpful and nice and explain evertthing very throughly and well. i really appreciate everything they did for my dog and our family. 10/10 experience.

Absolutely awful service, they barely answer the phones, incredibly understaffed. Phone rings and rings, you leave a message. Rarely get a call back, can’t make an appointment because no one ever calls you back. I bought the wellness package and it was one of the worst pet choices I could have made. I ended up spending $8k at a different vet as I couldn’t get a person on the phone at Banfield or make an appointment. And my pet ultimately died, would not recommend, not to anyone. Operated terribly, the wellness plan is just a way to get your money. Don’t bother

Dr Post is the best. We have always taken our pets here and have only good things to say. They are very caring and compassionate here. We had to have our beagle put to sleep here and even though it was a sad situation for our family, they let us take our time with her in her last moments. We have been coming here for years.

This is the second time I visited this location and the service is 10/10! Dr. Post is amazing and so is every staff member I’ve come across. They exude an energy that shows they care for the animals and the pet owners alike. They always reserve space and time for owners to voice their pet concerns and make you feel heard. I feel it’s hard to find a place to take your pet when they need medical attention without feeling like they’re trying to take advantage of you or trying to get you to spend extra money in some way. This Banfield location is nothing like that. They have continuously provided exceptional service and care. I will recommend this specific location time and time again.

This location is horrible. I’ve had 2 different instances where they cancelled my appointment with minimal notice. Their claim is that appointments are requested and not guaranteed. - My monthly wellness plan charges are however deducted on time. From an operational and customer service standpoint, I suggest that when "appointment requests" are made online that they confirm these appointments immediately and not wait till the day before (this recent time) or while I was literally driving on the way to the appointment (the previous time). They have zero respect for what it took for me to fly back to California to make this scheduled appointment and the day they offered me was a day that I would already have to fly out again. Their responses were very "stock" and lacked empathy. They simply don’t care and I eventually got hung up on by Nilly. This location is poorly ran and if you can make the extra drive, Temecula Parkway location gives much better service that I would say translates to the care as well.

Had a very urgent matter with my cat, was able to schedule a same-day appointment and get all the treatment needed. Tonya helped me at the front desk and was very empathetic when I got emotional, doctor Stark is the one who was taking care of my cat and was very gentle with her and very understanding of my distress. They offer a range of options when it comes to paying for treatment, one of them being a monthly subscription that includes bloodwork and other important procedures for helping your animal. It seems like it's mostly a team of women which also helped me to feel very comfortable coming here. Everyone was incredibly kind to me and my cat, as well they displayed much empathy towards our situation. They weren't trying to upsell or price gouge anything, it truly seemed like they just wanted to help my cat and would do anything they could to accommodate and get her the help she needed that day. Absolutely will be visiting here again!
