Banfield Pet Hospital

We have been clients of several Banfield Pet Hospital’s over the years. Our four dogs always received quality care from Banfield’s technicians and Veterinarians. We are particularly thankful to Banfield (Temecula Pkwy) for their continued support for our (19). year old dog, Buttercup. Dr. O’Rourke, Claudia, Victoria and all the associates at this facility are extremely professional; skilled; and compassionate — today they went beyond the standard care, and provided (5) star care for our senior canine. Their communication throughout the procedure was consistent and thorough, which made us feel relieved, knowing that Buttercup was safe.

Honestly the worst experience ever, Took our pet in at 11:00. They only took his vitals, we decided to take him at 4:00pm. Said he would be look at in a hour, that was at 3:00, nothing been done Completely the shittiest "pet hospital" we been too. More of a joke in my opinion. Update: they only did their job after we said we will take him so make sure to ask so actually make them do their job

Staff very friendly and helpful. Reason for visit, my dog had fleas. They gave us an appointment day of. Dr. Padilla was cheerful and gave helpful information. Dr. Kristi, I think she was also a doctor, was also very friendly and helpful. Thank you for your kindness and wonderful service.

This place is great. It's easy to make an appointment online or over the phone, They keep you informed with a reminder email. They're usually on time and they take great care of our dog and cat. They have the best doctors and the best staff. They communicated with us on exactly how to do the at home treatment for a chronic condition. If you want the best care for your pet, we highly recommend this Banfield in Temecula. Be sure to check the address, as there are two Banfields in the area.

The staff treats my dog with care. They are personable to me.

If I could give them negative stars, I would. Got off of work early, drove here in traffic. I was on time and Chloe told me there was no appointment booked. I showed her my confirmation and she could not have cared any less. She didn't try to help. She didn't try to solve the problem. She was just a completely cold, nasty person. She didn't even apologize for the inconvenience and she was condescending and sarcastic. Banfield do better than hiring someone like Chloe.
