First time here to have my adopted 4 year old cat, Romeo who’s never been to a vet get neutered, & vaccinated..Dr.Scholl & assistant, Alexia, we’re great! Totally professional, very patient, listened to my cat’s background, handled him with gentle care during exam..Left him overnight for surgery, Dr.Rivenburgh performed surgery, leukemia.test, vaccinations.She called me afterward with detailed report, was very caring..The lady who instructed me on care when picking him up was also very caring, patient..It also touched my heart to see on the front lobby counter, a beautiful sign with candles about respect if candles are lit for someone’s pet who passed at this difficult time. Excellent top notch large clean hospital & top Vets & assistants & office staff, very caring, professional, & patient. AND, VERY reasonable good prices with first time big discounts! Highly recommend!!

3 trips so far to Butterfield with my dog, and 3 return trips satisfied and feeling better than when I came in. I am very fortunate my visits have been for less than consequential issues, but they've always been extremely personable, professional, and quick. The front desk staff handles situations thoroughly, the techs are kind and respectful, and the vets I've met so far are knowledgeable and approachable. I haven't felt taken advantage of, I haven't been afraid of an astronomical bill (yet), and Ive felt confident they'll give me an answer Im looking for, rather than produce unnecessary concerns with large bills attached. I *hope* I dont have to go back any time soon, but I at least know my boy's in good hands if and when I do.

We had such a positive experience at this animal hospital and are incredibly grateful for the care they gave our dog, Nesta. She needed staples, and the team handled everything with compassion and professionalism from start to finish. They made sure Nesta was comfortable by giving her pain medication and even allowed us to stay with her while it took effect, which meant so much to us. Every staff member we interacted with was kind, patient, and attentive. We especially appreciated the Dr. Scholl’s bedside manner—not only with Nesta, but with us as well. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made us feel reassured throughout the process. On top of that, the pricing felt fair and transparent, which we truly value. We will absolutely be returning in the future and highly recommend this hospital to anyone looking for thoughtful, high-quality care for their pet.

We did not have an appointment so we were a walk in. Our puppy was seen without much of a wait. The staff is friendly and professional. I very much liked Dr. Hobson. The office is bright and roomy. A very pleasant space. We look forward to our puppy getting a lifetime of quality care here.

Our experience with this hospital and Dr. Wagner was above expectations. We were in need of a quick ultrasound and our previous hospital could not accommodate. I called around and everyone else was extremely expensive and had outside Dr. come in once a week to preform test. This facility has it all in house and had it done same afternoon and reasonable. The tech’s , receptionist’s and complete staff were compassionate. Unfortunately We were fighting a battle we could not win. Cancer of the spleen took my 3 year old golden. Dr.Wagner did everything she could and was very compassionate throughout. Thank you Dr.Wagner.

Butterfield Veterinary has been providing care for our pets for almost twenty years. When we first moved into the Temecula area we asked for recommendations for a veterinarian and they came highly recommended.The rest as they say is history. Like so many our pets health has always been a priority to us. Through our relationship over these many years we have come to know and trust the excellent care that they’ve received here. It’s given us a lot of assurance that if a problem occurs regarding their health that the experience and professionalism of the staff will provide the needed care.
