The front office staff, doctor and tech were all friendly, professional and well informed as to the process for obtaining a USDA travel authorization for my service dog. They took very good care of my dog and of me! I appreciate the care and understanding that they provide.

I’ve been taking my cat here for 7 years and honestly can’t imagine bringing her anywhere else. Dr. Yu is incredible: she’s thorough, genuinely caring, and never pushy with extra procedures, which I feel is a real rarity in the vet world. The office looks dated and it’s a long drive for us across town. But the staff is genuinely lovely and the care is exceptional—I tried a closer vet one time, and came running back to Seven Hills.

Seven Hills is an amazing Vet Clinic to take your beloved pets to! The entire staff is not only incredibly kind but very efficient. From the call intakes, to following up and general questions and care…the front desk is the best! Dr. Jeon is wonderful. Both my cat and dog are her patients and from the first time we met, I knew she truly loved animals. We had to switch care for my dog as we had moved, so had been apprehensive finding a new Dr. She not only is very patient, knowledgeable and kind, the after care follow up is very detailed and thorough. Dr. Jeon made us feel very comfortable with our decision . I highly recommend Seven Hills.

I brought in my Dog in for an exam and to get my pet's INTL travel documents submitted to the USDA for upcoming air travel. The Seven Hill's staff were extremely helpful, professional, and efficient. The exam was thorough and informative.

On 2/18/26 my dog Jyngle took a turn for worse. After his ultrasound, Dr. Hong, Jyngle's Primary Doctor, took X-rays and discovered he had bunched intestines and a tumor that had not spread. He patiently and quickly directed me to the Emergency Hospital at SFAMC. Jyngle had emergency surgery that evening. I'd never experienced an 'emergency' situation with any of my former pets. I was completely lost. I'm so very grateful to his whole staff for helping me through this crisis!

When looking for a house, word on the street is " location, location, location." When looking for a vet the word for me is "people, people, people" and the people that I encountered at Seven Hills are A+. From the reception to the examining room, everyone I encountered were true loving animal lovers. I went in there cold with no referrals or recommendations and was very happy with their care and service. Like most veterinary businesses these days, they are corporately owned and their prices reflect that. But unlike a few other vets that I checked out before choosing them, this one did not have a corporate mentality. They are there for their true love of animals and that's what stood out the most.

The doctor is very thoughtful and listens to our concerns. She seems to really care about the health and well being of my dog family member. Front desk and support team is also really personable, kind and responsive. Great care!
