Dr. Carter at Nob Hill Cat Clinic provides everything we’ve ever wanted from a veterinarian for our two cats. Their staff is compassionate, attentive, caring, and genuinely interesting in ensuring our cats are living a healthy life. Our cats are generally nervous wrecks when it comes to vet visits, but as soon as Dr. Carter walks in they are more at ease. She has a calming presence felt by humans and cats alike, as well as her staff. I know my cats are in good hands here and I’m so happy we’ve found this place to care for our beloved kitties.

As a new client to Nob Hill Cat Clinic, we were extremely pleased with the care that was taken for our new kitten. Dr. Carter was excellent. She took time to answer all our questions and provide us with helpful resources. The technicians and staff were warm and friendly. The veterinarians, technicians, and staff at Nob Hill Cat Clinic were friendly, efficient, and responsive. I took my 1.5-year-old cat there because I was worried about his health. Their veterinarian accurately diagnosed wet FIP disease on the first visit, with lab tests and x-rays confirming the diagnosis. The clinic also gave me resources for advice on caring for my cat during treatment. I'm grateful I found this clinic, and it is conveniently closer than the one I used previously.

We followed Dr. Carter from her previous clinic. We are so happy that she now owns Nob Hill Cat Clinic! Dr. Carter is passionate about cat care. She took great care of Flippy for 17 years, and now she is taking great care of our Margie. Parking is a pain, but worth it for such superb health care for our furbaby.

We have been going to NHCC since the adoption of our cats in May 2025. Dr Gonzales, Dr Carter and team have been taking amazing care of them. Our elder feline daughter has a heart murmur detected at the shelter, and we were able to get her an echocardiogram with a mobile cardiologist through NHCC. The compassionate team has helped inform and navigate us through her ongoing care journey. They also provided timely remote consultations for our younger cat who broke her nail before fiting us into their busy schedule the same week. Our family is extremely grateful for the NHCC team 🤎🤍

I have been a client of Nob Hill Cat Clinic for 13 years now and their service is excellent. Dr. Carter and Dr. Gonzales and their superb team have provided care and love to my two 13 year old fur loves. I was there to just pick up my grandcat from a procedure so I don't have experience with the office other than that. However, the discharge tech was very thorough and knowledgeable and clearly very caring. I know my daughter in law likes that it is a practice just for cats.
