Got both of my cats fixed here. Very quick and polite. Yeah it sucks having to be on a waitlist but it’s worth it at the end of the day and they do it for a good cause at a good price. Any cats I foster that need to fixed I’ll be going here.
I have been to PALs with a couple different buddies and the staff is always wonderful, fast, and friendly. This last time I went in to get my one year old kitty his shots, we were in the building less than 30 minutes. The prices are excellent and the office itself is very cool to look at.
I had a great experience with Prevent a Litter when it came time to neuter my bunny earlier this year. Personally, I was not in a rush to have him neutered, so being put on the wait list was not an issue for me, especially when it comes down to the average cost to fix an animal around here (especially a bunny, which requires an exotic vet)! I want to say I received a call to make the appointment about a month after being added to the wait list. I was able to get an appointment about a month later, which worked perfectly with my schedule. Overall, the whole process on the day of operation was very smooth and all of the staff I interacted with were fantastic. I was a nervous wreck since my bunny is a rescue and thus has a lot of anxiety when traveling or being somewhere he isn't familiar with. PAL staff assured me he was in good hands, which made me feel at ease. I am happy to say that my bunny has made a full recovery and is doing great!
They are wonderful as always. I'm so grateful and thankful for all of them and all they do. I have 7 dogs, so being able to get their shots at a lower cost is extremely helpful. I love my fur babies, and PAL helps to keep them safe by providing low cost vaccinations.
First time using them today. Was able to help get 4 fetal cats spayed and neutered. The lovely ladies working there were amazing and so kind! Love y'all
Our go to place for all our family pets spay and neuters. Wonderful place! Theres a reason its hard to get in with them. I recommend requesting services via their online form at least 2 months before services are needed if able. Plan ahead! I wont go anywhere else!
Had our kitten spayed at Prevent A Litter and can’t recommend them enough! The staff were kind and helpful- they did a great job of explaining aftercare and scheduling coordination. The prices cannot be beat either. Prevent a Litter is a wonderful operation that greatly benefits the RVA community.
