Our visit with Dr. Perdew could not have gone better. She is truly a wonderful veterinarian who clearly cares about both pets and owners. The team was welcoming, and we were seen right away with no long wait. On top of that, the bill was very reasonable and affordable compared to other urgent care vets. Highly recommend!

They were so friendly and quick. Excellent care and very reasonable rates. Dr. Perdew is the best and Brandi at tht front desk is awesome.

I took my kitty there last night right before closing because she was not acting herself and would not touch food or water. They were so kind, took her in even though they were about to close, and immediately diagnosed the problem and treated her and cost was very reasonable. Dr. Hartman and the vet tech Ashley were so patient, professional, and very kind. We were on our way home 45 mins later with a solid treatment plan and she is already so much better. I can't thank you enough for your kindness to me and Lulu. I called ahead and they could have easily said it was too late to bring her, but they didn't. You all are the best!!

When there’s an emergency with one of your pets, this is exactly where you want them to be. From their attentiveness to their kindness, I’ve never had such an "enjoyable" urgent care visit. Everyone from reception to tech to doctor was kind and understanding and talked through each step with me. Much cheaper and MUCH faster than my typical experience at an emergency vet. Thank you for taking care of my baby!

If you’re searching for an excellent veterinarian, I can’t recommend this clinic enough. I’ve visited both Dr. Hartman and Dr. Perdew — for scheduled appointments and urgent visits — and they’ve both been outstanding. They took the time to explain all my options clearly and provided an upfront estimate, which made me feel confident in my decisions. Everyone on staff was kind and professional, and the pricing was very fair — I paid just under $1,000 for a procedure other clinics quoted at over $2,500.

I came in today for my cat who had a UTI. I called beforehand to make sure she could be seen and the front desk lady was kind, she let me know that they accept walk ins and they open late which was a major plus! It was pretty busy today, Friday, but the Doctor Irina was very knowledgeable, she explains things very thoroughly and she really cares, you can tell she works very hard!! The whole team was very sweet. It was more pricey than i expected but after seeing the care and the good heartedness it is so worth it. The only thing I would advise doing is scheduling during the week days to avoid a wait but they do have coffee and snacks!
