Banfield Pet Hospital

Went to the Knightdale Banfield to pick up a prescription for my 14 year old blind Shih Tzu and unfortunately they were closed unexpectedly due to a computer outage. My dog Iggy was out of his pain meds and he can’t miss a day so I called the Capital Blvd location for help. Jessie was amazing and, despite the technical challenges to transfer Iggy’s file to their location temporarily, she got it done! Thank you Jessie! Iggy says thank you too!!

The staff was very friendly. They really know their stuff. My pups doctor was very knowledgeable very helpful answered all my questions and showed great care to my little girl.

I had the pleasure of taking my cat, Pippa, to Banfield Animal Hospital in Raleigh, and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of care and attention she received. From the moment we walked in, the staff greeted us warmly and made us feel right at home. The front desk team was friendly and efficient, making the check-in process a breeze. The veterinarian was thorough, compassionate, and took the time to explain every step of Pippa's exam. He answered all my questions, providing clear and helpful advice on how to best care for Pippa's health. It was evident that he genuinely cared about her well-being, which gave me peace of mind as a pet owner. The facility itself was clean, well-organized, and comfortable, creating a calm atmosphere for both pets and their owners. Pippa’s visit was stress-free, and I left with a better understanding of her health and what I can do to keep her feeling her best. I highly recommend Banfield Animal Hospital in Raleigh to anyone looking for top-notch care for their furry companions. Can someone recommend a vet where they can do some tests on my dog, she's been vomiting for about 3 weeks. We came to Benfield, they charged me $810 and they told me they did a general checkup and some tests but they told me that everything was fine, that she had nothing, and she's still vomiting. I called again and they told me they couldn't do anything anymore, that I should take her to a hospital. So now they charged me a $810 dollars and you're going to tell me that? So I wasted $810 and now I need to pay more in other hospital That’s ridiculous I really don’t recommend benfield pet hospital in capital boulevard.

I admitted my puppy because of a urine problem. They gave him a treatment that didn't go with his diagnosis. My dog got worse with that treatment, she started with vomiting, diarrhea and tremors. I took her to another place where they are professionals and they confirmed that the treatment they sent her at BANFIELD was not the right one. From an emergency that could come out for $500, he spent the $1,500 for this place.

I've been with Banfield since my baby was 6 weeks old. She is now 15 years old would be 16 in May. Unfortunately 3 days ago I had to put her down. Everyone there was so kind so patient so loving. It made the experience so much better. I love this place

We r very happy with vet Jenifer Itenson as our cats Vet. She listens to our concerns and ideas. If u have a pet that u take to Banfield on Capital Blvd and u need a second opinion ask for her. We love her and Gracie does too!!!!
