I am truly grateful to be visiting Spring Forest Veterinary. The staff and team are exceptional. It warms my heart to recommend this wonderful place to anyone looking for a caring environment for their fur babies. As a military wife, I deeply understand the importance of having a safe and welcoming space where the team is both organized and friendly. My husband holds this place dear to his heart, especially as he brings his service dogs here for some joyful playtime with their furry friends. Thank you for all that you do. This has been my dogs' vet since we moved to North Carolina in September 2020. Dr. Gore came very highly recommended by our realtor's daughter and we have been extremely pleased with the level of service and caring by the staff at this facility. My Dog, Bentley, actually loves coming here and greets everyone with lots of kisses and tail wags.

Our cats have been patients of Dr Gore for 20+ years. The compassion, concern and health care she provides to our pets is commendable. Her team of people also have the same compassion and concerns. We appreciate all that they do. Thank you.

Although my pet is not a patient here, I am compelled to give this establishment five stars. After a duck and her ducklings were struck by a car on Atlantic, three employees immediately dropped what they were doing and ran into traffic to help. When I knocked on their door, they did not hesitate. Before I could even fully explain the situation, they assured me they would step in. They ran down to the road and together we coralled the ducklings and searched for their Mama. Their willingness to help an injured wild animal, despite having no obligation or financial incentive, speaks volumes about the character and dedication of the staff at this establishment. These are the kind of people I would trust with my pet’s life.

I boarded my two dogs recently, and they were wonderful to work with. Great communicators and willing to work with me on several items. I may end up switching all my vet needs to them because it may just be easier! Devin is always so welcoming and smiling. I know my dogs are in great care there! There are no frills inside but I don’t need that. You can just tell they are true kind and caring people.

They always take the best care of my family's dogs! We originally started boarding our dogs there when they were old, as they gave great geriatric care to our dogs. They are just the sweetest people and make my family feel confident that our pup is in safe and LOVING hands when we go out of town!

Cat Lady Approved! Stellar! 27 Stars - one for each life of each of my cats! Fat Biscuit began acting jittery out of nowhere. His brothers, Fat Bastard and Fat Boy, were perfectly fine. No change in diet or environment, so I was very concerned. The vets were able to work us in the same day! Even though the app’t was squeezed in between other patients, everyone gave us their full attention. I did not feel rushed at all (Fat Biscuit states that he concurs) During check-in, Maria confirmed this was not an emergency. She also double checked my contact info to see if there were updates. Smart - because I had moved! The waiting area and the exam room were meticulously clean, odor free and uncluttered - per usual. I have previously kept this very private data to myself, but I’m sharing now. EVERY employee here has been an animal in a past life. All the best people are saying it. It’s incredible. No one has ever seen so many vet employees with such AMAZING and INTERESTING past lives as animals. Many vet techs were merely pampered pets previously. I have it on good authority THESE techs were strays and wild animals - not pampered pooches or pussycats!! That’s the only way they could possibly be so intuitive about how each of my cats like to be handled - differently. Fat Biscuit, Fat Bastard, and Fat Boy may all be 100% black, but each have distinct personalities and preferences. It’s almost impossible to tell them apart (except for Mommy). Somehow, the techs respond to the minuscule cues my cats offer about ‘touch me like THIS only’. *Also, my babies are less fat that before coming here. I can’t imagine changing their names though.
