Banfield Pet Hospital

The doctors and office staffs are excellent. They greatly take good care of my puppies during each visits. Knowledgeable and answers to all concerns and issues well. I can definitely recommend this clinic to all my friends and relatives.

First time visit, the Dr seemed like she didn’t want to be there nor deal with my dog. Went back a couple of days later and the other Dr was great. However, the tech took my dog’s pee off the floor via syringe, which was weird. I waited weeks for a callback with results and never got one. I finally called and the guy who got the pee "sample" answered the phone and said he didn’t see any results and that the original sample wasn’t enough. When I explained what happened, he didn’t take any accountability. Instead, he put me on hold and put someone else on the phone who didn’t care. I explained my frustration with the lack of care and customer service and apparently it fell on deaf ears. The lady told me the manager was out of town and would not be back to give me a call until the following Monday… It’s been a week from when I was suppose to get a callback and still haven’t. If you love and value your pets, customer service, and time, never bring them here!

I have had 1 good experience to every 10 bad experiences. I kept thinking that the convenient location and the good heart of some employees would outweigh the corporate greed and hands being tied with "This is how I have to put it in our system." I will never go with a corporate vet like Banfield again. They care more about policy than your pets and that makes me sad.

This is the worst vet experience I have ever had. They are extremely disorganized. They do not keep accurate records and therefore put pets at risk of missing important dates for vaccinations.

My Penelope was in a lot of pain on a Friday afternoon. Dr. Griffin stayed open past closing time to talk to me, and reassured me that she would be ok. Dr.Griffin saw Penelope first thing Monday morning, and called me about an hour later. She took her time and talked me through everything. I was sure I was going to lose my sweet girl, but Dr.Griffin took extra special care of her. Penelope and is now at home, sleeping soundly.

I just had the best experience here, I took my dog Willow in for her appointment, we had to wait a little because Dr. Griffin was the only vet on staff today, but it was absolutely worth it. We have been taking Willow to Banfield for nearly 5 years and I’ve never had such an incredible experience with a vet. Dr. Griffin truly listened to every concern we had and came at it with a treatment plan that suited willows needs perfectly. I have never felt so listened to by a vet at Banfield, thank you Dr. Griffin I am so grateful for you and you have a client for life <3

I will be saying goodbye to Banfield after today’s appointment. The vets are great & kind, and the usual girl at the desk is a delight but I waited almost an hour for a scheduled appointment for a nail trim. When I made the appointment I was told it would take 5 minutes. They are severely understaffed. 4 of us waiting in the lobby and not even acknowledged. Phone ringing off the hook, one person working the desk, asked help from the back and no one came. Please get some extra staff at the front. I will happily pay more for less wait times and more staff. Oh wait. Carissa at the desk just came out to tell me it was going to be another 20 mins. I told her I would be leaving and we would not be returning. I also told her she was wonderful at her job and it’s too bad she doesn’t have more support. She would have no trouble finding a job at another place and get the help she’s asked for.
