Excellent care by Dr. Hinn. Accurate diagnosis right up front of Pemphigus Foliaceous and as a result, with medications my GSD mix Charlie is doing much better!
The person we spent the most time with, Amanda, was fantastic. She was easy to talk to, explained things really well, and just helped us feel comfortable. She helped me practice the injection for my pup and told me what to look out for. Also, Dr. Hinn was great at answering questions and helping us figure out a path forward when it comes to potential foods to try.
Went to get a definitive diagnosis for my sphynx cat. We were able to get that and a solid treatment plan. Would recommend!
Very professional staff from receptionist to tech to Dr. Hinn. Dr. Hinn listened to my concerns and explained the many options to care for my little chihuahua. She's very thorough. Her tech was very friendly and careful with my Daisy. This was our first visit and hoping for great outcome for Daisy's itching. Extremely clean environment too. Thank you Dr. Hinn and staff.
Excellent diagnosis after 4 months after another vet indicated my rescue GSD mix Charlie may have allergy issues, but it turns out he has an autoimmune issue thanks to Dr Hinn. She and the practice are great so we are going back to hiking!!! Highly recommend.
Due to snow I was not able to make my appointment on Thursday. I paid $250. My cat is incredibly sick and they knew it was emergency. They claim I have to give 24 hour notice, but my number would not be answered every single time I called. I called once on my fiancé’s phone and they answered immediately. They have never answered the phone except for once when I made the appointment. I find it very suspicious that after I called them only twice that now my number is no longer answered but a phone call is answered the second i call with a different phone. The manager, Amanda laughed at me on the phone and did not care about my emotions as I am autistic and panicking about my dying cat. This is who you are entrusting your animal too.
Took our dog Frankie to see Dr. Hinn after trying multiple treatments for his itchy skin and ongoing ear infections. She gave multiple options for care plans and was not pressuring in the least. The review that said doing the allergy testing (which is indeed expensive followed by the customized immunotherapy) being their only option at the visit was not my experience. We followed a course of treatment to get his ears and skin under control and also did the testing and have started immunotherapy. He is so much better even after the initial treatment, but we decided to do the testing and serum in hopes that he needs less medication in the future. Everyone in the office is super nice and helpful. Dr. Hinn is an amazing specialist and was very honest about allergies being a lifelong and chronic condition, but also encouraging and hopeful of the upcoming options available for allergic animals. Would highly recommend.
