Bought the pet plan because they use the words "insurance" only to realize that it is not insurance only a "payment plan" (more like discount plan). There's a 12 month commitment. I used this place for my cat but never got a call back to check in on him or anything. You pay 80+ dollars a month for okay service where you hope for a call back. Eh. The place works for some folks, not for everyone. Nor are the "plans" they offer.

Banfield Glisan really really really helped me when I needed it the most for my girl, she was biting herself raw and needed immediate assistance. We were lucky to get a standby appt, Xavier was so kind and understanding, great job! And im sorry I didn't get through name who called me with the breakdown of care but they were also so sweet and professional..it means a lot when I've been in customer service 10+ years . Thank you so much

Banfield on Glisan had a next day appointment available for our cat that I was able to make online in the middle of the night. I was late for my appointment, but they still made every attempt to see our cat immediately. They were extremely attentive to his anxiety issues and were through it asking about his illness. I received a call back on our cat's condition in a relatively short amount of time. And not only did they give us medication to help with his illness, but anxiety medicine for when he needs to go back in. That they thought of his comfort for future visits really made me feel great about the entire experience.

Courteous and respectable staff, plenty of walk space, including signage and well lighted areas. Prices are comparable, and a variety of services offered. Parking available including disable parking.

I brought my cat here oct/31 and my dog here today nov/3 for each of their introductory visits for my new wellness plan. I showed up like 15 minutes early for each appointment and was seen right away. Front desk was very helpful for scheduling and breaking down payments as well. Both appointments went really good, the doctors and vet techs seemed helpful and like they knew what they were talking about, and I didn’t feel like they were pushing or trying to sell extra. For the cat, she needed a flea preventative so they got me a 6 month supply of Revolution. She’s indoor only but ever since I got the dog were in and out a lot and I noticed her grooming a lot more. The Revolution must have killed any fleas she had because she is back to her normal grooming behavior. They also got her up to date on her vaccines and sent us on our way. They also sent me home with her heartworm preventative. For the dog, she was due for a preventative as well so we got her a 6 month supply too. I had a few concerns and the doctor came in and addressed them all with me, I really appreciated that. They also got her some prescription antibiotic wipes to prevent any itchiness and stuff. All in all, for both animals I left feeling confident in their care, I found the staff to be very friendly, and I felt my money was well spent.

Disappointing Experience at Banfield I had an incredibly frustrating experience at Banfield recently. I brought my kitten in for care, and she ended up staying there for over nine hours with very little communication from the staff. I understand that vet clinics can get busy, but the lack of updates and transparency about her condition and wait time was unacceptable. When I finally got her back, I was disappointed with the overall care and attention she received. After such a long stay, I expected a more thorough assessment and clear next steps, but instead, I was left with more questions than answers. Given the long wait and poor communication, I won’t be trusting Banfield with my pet’s care in the future.

I took my brand new puppy there. The vet was wonderful, Peter was wonderful and I appreciate the care my puppy received. He is only 1.6 lbs and they were so gentle with him. Thank you for the excellent service
