Emily is absolutely wonderful! She has been incredible with our new puppy, Macy. As a first-time puppy owner, we appreciate how patient, knowledgeable, and reassuring she is. Emily takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes each session both informative and fun. She is not only great with puppies, but also incredibly kind and supportive with us as owners -always going the extra mile and genuinely caring about our progress. It’s so clear how much she loves what she does and how invested she is in both people and their dogs. We are so happy to be part of Hannah Pet Hospital and feel lucky to have Emily as a trainer. The care, enthusiasm, and professionalism she brings to every session are unmatched. We look forward to many more training sessions with her.

When you're new to Hanna, you will have the distinct pleasure to speak with Sarah. She has the magical attributes of AMAZING customer service. Some might even consider her a unicorn. My experience with Hanna began with her, I always received 5 star service, even having a "special" orange cat. The only reason I canceled my membership is because my daughter put my cat on her insurance. Sarah made it so canceling my membership was feasible. She had abilities to be compassionate and calming. I highly recommend Hannah, half because Sarah, half because they are a good pet hospital.

Tan took such amazing care of my dog Griffin yesterday for his injured foot. He was so kind, patient, and thorough, and made sure Griffin was comfortable every step of the way. You can truly tell he cares deeply about his patients and their families. I'm so grateful for the excellent care and compassion we received. Highly recommend Tan and his team💕Thanks to his amazing care that Griffin can enjoy his walk again today.

I got my puppy Bell in 2012 from Hannah and paid a reasonable monthly fee for total pet visits, all the pet accessories needed and free food delivery. 14 years later my puppy has grown into the best little dog ever. I now live in a nursing home in Santa Fe New Mexico and my little girl is the favorite of all the pets here. Everyone is amazed when I let them know how old she is. They all think she’s a puppy still. She has a bounce in her step still. I couldn’t be happier with Bell. She’s smart and friendly and still as cute as ever.

Sarah the pet intake coordinator was super helpful, friendly & professional. She walked me through the whole process & answered all my questions & concerns. I’m very grateful that I found Hannah Pet Hospital & that got Sarah to help me enroll in their pet care program & that my fur babies will be cared for & are covered for so many different reasons & types of situations. I feel relieved & thankful to be able to afford & care for my fur babies at a reasonable cost. 😎

Emily is such a great dog trainer and person. She not only understands my young dog needs but is able to explain things completely to myself and my pup. She understood my pup issue in a certain class and suggested a different class would be better which now my pup is flourishing in. I absolutely love the training classes and so glad they are offered with my monthly fees otherwise I would never be able to afford these training classes.

I called Hannah Pet Hospital today after my daughter brought home a new puppy. We already had a care plan in place for our senior dog, and another dog who was seeing a different vet—so suddenly we had three dogs and I really wanted the convenience of having them all cared for in one place. Sarah from the membership team was absolutely wonderful. She took the time to explain all of the plan options, answered my questions clearly, and made the entire process of getting our two additional pups signed up incredibly easy. She was knowledgeable, informative, and genuinely helpful, which gave me complete confidence that I was choosing the best plans to care for our fur babies.
