After a horrible experience at a different vet clinic we came here and began a relationship with Dr. Gosney who has been incredible with both our dogs. Dr. Gosney displayed great determination to understand what was going on with our sweet Gizmo- who she diagnosed with Panniculitis, heart and kidney failure. She was amazing throughout his treatment and when it came time to say goodbye she was there with our family till the end. We are so relieved to have found a vet as caring as she is to continue to care for Maka and any future pets we are lucky to have in our family. Thanks so much!!! BA, Robert, Brody & Maka

I came here for a scheduled visit. My last visit was for a semi-emergency more than 5 years ago. I was very pleased with the personal service I received from Dr Currah. My old lady chihuahua was recently diagnosed with congestive heart failure. And a good friend recommended this place. It’s super convenient because it’s only a 5 minute drive! The wait was a little bit long, but that is the case with clinics that deal with emergencies and helps them prioritize the in-distress first. I was happy to be treated like a person, and a pet parent instead of just a number! Minnie was so relaxed, she took a nap while we waited! I’d recommend these folks! They set me up with more heart meds for my girl and even threw in a free "first visit!"

My son's 20 year old calico, Callie,--a gift from Santa when he was three--reached the end of her road last week. My son was hesitant to take her in, since she stood by him while he went through chemo for lymphoma. She stopped eating and could barely stand, so we took her to the VCA in SE for her final journey. The people there, from the front desk to the doctor at the end, were compassionate to my son and Callie, making a difficult situation easier to manage--especially for my son. Like he held her that Christmas morning 20 years earlier, he held Callie for the last time, a bond that will endure. The hole is great; however, the VCA was awesome. Callie is in a much better place.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you. Your whole staff made a horrible day a little more comforting. We had to bring our Rocky dog in for end of life care. I saw you guys love on him and treat him so kind. Thank you for your patience as we said our goodbyes. Thank you for explaining everything so well to us. And thank you for the precious paw print and tuft of hair to add to our memories of the bestest boy ever.

*update review A member of the team reached out and was very caring and apologetic which did make me feel so much better. I felt heard and understood about my experience. I upgraded review because of my past history, and the amount of care Becca put in to trying to make things right with me or see what she could do to help. Horrible experience, staff was amazing except Dr. Holmes. Dr. Holmes bullied me, made me cry, mocked me. I was right for being concerned over my issue. My cats illness was prolonged because of her negligence. I have been taking my animals there 10+ years every other Doctor was great. Not risking again.

Been coming here for decades now. They have always taken great care of my pets and I'll continue to keep coming here because of that. The staff is friendly and easy going. They even answer my stupid questions, cause for some reason I trust them more than the internet. The doctors are very experienced and explain everything in detail, in a way you can understand.

We did not take any photographs. The other day, my roommate and I took our dog to the veterinarian, as we were concerned she might have a hot spot; however, it was determined that she had a flea bite instead. The staff were very kind and attentive. We also discussed her behavioral concerns, which proved to be a challenging topic, but we continue to follow their guidance and recommendations.
