GoodVets Overland Park Leawood

GoodVets has been such a warm, welcoming place from the moment we walked in. The entire team, from the techs to Dr. Julie Bradford, moves quickly to help our pets feel relaxed and comfortable at every visit. What’s stood out most is the care they’ve provided our 12-year-old Australian Shepherd, Dylan. He’s dealing with arthritis and a severe allergy flare-up (something we’d managed to avoid for years), so mobility is a real challenge for him right now. Both times we’ve been in, Dr. Bradford didn’t hesitate to meet him where he was; literally getting down on the floor with him to examine him and adjust the visit around his needs, not the other way around. Even while she walked us through the plan and recapped everything, she stayed right there with Dylan, calmly petting him and helping him feel safe. We continue to have great experiences with Dr. Martin and the GoodVets staff! Just brought our 3 year old Cane Corso in for her yearly exam and I can’t tell you how nice it is for Luna to be comfortable during a vet visit. Dr. Martin and all the staff make her feel so comfortable and they all provide excellent care!

Dr Julie Bradford & her staff go above & beyond when it comes to Hospitality & Customer experience. They’re so gentle & loving with our dogs & they take their time when examining them. I never wait long when I arrive. I don’t feel rushed to leave. I highly recommend GoodVets Leawood location

i came in on a sunday to put my girl down. The staff here were so empathetic and made the hardest day easier. They sent me a card with a bunch of handwritten notes and seeds to plant in honor of her. Thank you so so so much for your care. <3
