Vista Veterinary Hospital

This is the best vet in tri cities hands down! I’ve been coming here for 10+ years and all the staff there are the most caring , sweetest humans. I’ve had to put all of my animals down there through out all these years and even 3 weeks ago and My doctor is Dr Stidum and he truly connects with his patients & truly cares for our animals. Kim at the front desk is a sweetheart also! Not only was everyone so sweet and apologetic of the loss of my dog Bella ( everyone knew her there she was pretty famous on coming in the last year of her life ) I just received a book in the mail about losing an animal and it was personally signed by everyone who works at vista and they wrote such sweet , personalized messages to my Bella and it literally made me bawl my eyes out. I would never recommend any other vet than this one! Highly recommend. Thank you to all the staff for all the hard work and caring you do for our fur babies! This is why my whole life I’ve always wanted to be a veterinarian because I always wanted to be like these people who truly care for our fur babies.

We've trusted Vista Veterinary Hospital with our many dogs and cats over the years and still trust them with Izzy (17 -Dachshund/Chihuahua), Penny (4-Chihuahua/Corgi...we think) and now Winston. We recently lost our 18 1/2 year old Pug/Jack Russell, Stella and Dr Stidham was amazing with us as we went through the process of saying good-bye to her. A month later, fate brought us Winston, a 3 year old, long haired Dachshund. We met with Dr Bouchey (who is amazing) and she took the time to help us with all questions that we had regarding Winston as well as a regular check up for Izzy (who we found out only has 10% eye sight now). All staff that we have encountered over the years at Vista are kind, knowledgeable and professional and we completely trust them with all our furry family members. M & B Williams

OMG..I Luv Luv Luv the place! Dr Leeson waz recommended by the Columbia emergency vet cuz we were without a Vet becuz Double Arrow vet clinic-Dr Walker basically killed my other Pomeranian so we pulled all 3of our dogs outta there when I called to see if Vista could fit Akina in as she was a new patient..and do follow up care-my Pom puppy (Akina had a seizure n spent the night there) They said Yes to come in like the next day n we would even get dr leeson I was SO impressed with my visit, she spent SO much time with Akina and with me, Alotta vets are just in and out, like they are rushed n don't even listen to you. Then we took our big dog Lucy in for a check up-got an appointment like the week after Akina's visit. De Leeson spent so much time with us and she looked Lucy over from head to tail-she must have spent an hour on us..drawing her blood and she gave her all her shots..Lucy needed a dental so we scheduled it for the following week..dentals are expensive but she came in 200$ less than she quoted us..how often does that happen 🤓 So dr Leeson has now seen all 3of our dogs n we couldn't be happier 🤓

This was my first time bringing an animal to Vista Veterinary Clinic. The staff was very friendly and kind and I did not have to wait a month or longer for an appointment (I scheduled on Thursday for a Tuesday appointment as a new client). The amount of care and time spent with both the tech and Dr. Stidham made me feel like they take animals health as serious as a humans. The atmosphere is unlike any other! Very calm and clean, definitely does not smell like a vets office, and the lobby looks inviting with happy animals on the walls, the rooms were spacious and quiet except for the soothing music that was playing, I also appreciate the posted educational fliers about the toxic alge currently in the river. The best part is they did not take my dog to the back to examine him, I had face to face interaction during the entire exam to point out why we were there and it removed the stress and anxiety an animal and their human have especially when its more than just a routine visit. I felt like Dr. Stidham and his tech genuinely listened fully to my report of issues, concerns and feelings rather than brush them off. I HIGHLY recommend Vista Veterinary Hospital to anyone looking for a new vet or like in my case looking for a 2nd opinion then deciding to switch fully.

They were really great even though it was a tough time and had to put our dog to sleep. They made the process peaceful and as comfortable as possible

Dr. Bouche is a fantastic veterinarian and always has our pets best interest in mind. She is also mindful of the costs of procedures and explains them thoroughly so we understand why/what needs to be done. She is willing to think outside the box to help you get the care you need for your animals while not taking advantage of a sensitive situation. We have recommended Vista before and we will continue to do so in the future! All of your staff are friendly, patient, and kind. Thank you!

Friendly welcome! Went over the appointment expectations. Got informed on the timeline when I can be expected to be in a room. They took their time to make sure my dog was comfortable with shots. Educated me on all things I was concerned about. They even printed me out material to read up on more. Most comfortable I felt at a vet.
