Love Dr Hammock but the office staff are not great. Scheduling is a nightmare. If they (the office) has to cancel your appointment they schedule it out a week farther when calling you the day before - even if your pet is coming in because they are sick. They cancelled my appointment with one vet and tried to reschedule me for the same time as the original appointment but charging me alot more because it would be an urgent visit then. Even though I scheduled a week ago and the office had to cancel. Not a good office anymore.

Had my dog in years ago and when taking a blood sample they hit a major blood vessel! My little dog's neck swollen up to a size larger then her head. From that day on my dog was scared to go in a car with the fear of that visit. Time passed and i thought i would try the boarding service figure they couldn't mess that up. So i called them and they said they can't serve me, do to what happened with my dog. Wow they make a very scary mistake and blame me, instead of apologizing and training the staff not to screw up. Do not go here! Use pet med in pasco, good people

I am so happy with all the staff and docs here. We love seeing Dr Hammock because she really cares about our pets and is really easy to talk to.

Always friendly and the best orthopedic surgeon in Tricities. My dog is always happy to go for her visits. Only place I trust kennel my dogs when I've needed.
