This place is amazing, the staff are so patient and kind, they’re affordable and they truly care. My cat got a terrible respiratory infection and I was at my wits end trying to get him seen in a hurry. His breathing was a struggle, he was mouth breathing and he sounded like he was growling because of the throat rattle. I honestly didn’t think he would make it through another day. I called so many places but they didn’t seem to think it was an emergency or they couldn’t get us in. Finally I called Northeast Animal Hospital and the gentleman that answered listened, asked a couple of questions and then said "can you bring him right now?" When we arrived they were very busy but they got my baby in a room in less than ten minutes he was being seen by the doctor. The doctor and the man that took my call were both very explanatory and explained our options. My boy got a shot and some antibiotics with a follow up visit in 48 hours and another for 5 days later. They care!!! My boy isn’t 100% yet but he’s almost there and I couldn’t be happier. This is most definitely the best place to take your fur babies if you need a doctor. I have been coming here with my furbabies ever since dr swoop was there, absolutely love this place. Professional , friendly & informative. And willing to work with you on the bills such a blessing. I appreciate Eric & his staff so much ! 🙂

I have been going to North East Animal Hospital for over 35+ years, Dr. Swope has helped me with over 20 different dogs over that time. He saved the life of two of my dogs. Eric his son has always been the nicest person and always remembers me. I am so sorry to hear about Dr. Swope passing. He was the best vet and person I have ever met. He hardly ever charged me or either kept me updated on prices to make sure I could afford the procedure. I had to take my Frenchie today. I am on a fixed income now. I am getting old lol but Eric same as always remembered me, Had me in super fast and told me everything they planed on doing and the price. I highly recommend this vet. Thank you for everything Dr. Swope, I will never forget you. You where a wonderful soul. Thank you to Eric and staff for always being so friendly and helpful.

Eric and company are wonderful to work with. They care and you can tell. They put their heart into their work and the animals respond in kind. Would certainly recommend over any other care clinic. Not always a happy ending, but always handled with care, dignity and expertise. Wish I could give them more stars.

We have nothing but positive things to say about this veterinarian, Eric and the team. We have a reactive dog, and they are always incredibly patient, calm, and understanding. They take their time, never rush us, and truly work with our dog’s needs to make visits as stress-free as possible. It’s nice to have a vet who understands reactive dogs and treats them with real compassion. Highly recommend!

Best vet in the city, might say the state. I have been dealing with them since the 90's and can't see me going anywhere else!!!!!!!!!!!!! Very personable, courteous and reasonably priced.
