First time bringing my pet to this clinic. The person I spoke to on the phone to bring my dog in for a dental cleaning did not tell me to bring his vaccination records so when I got to the appointment and didn’t have them, I was allowed to get them and bring him back and he could still be treated. I would agree that communication is an issue, but the customer service received from the staff on a Saturday was great!!! I will be making this my new veterinary clinic. The pricing for his cleaning was extremely reasonable. Most place would have charged between $200-$1K. Very grateful for finding this clinic.

What a great experience! As a Brooksider, I know the location isn’t the usual but the cost savings are well worth it. The staff is very knowledgeable, skilled and accommodating. We were especially impressed with the thoroughness and skill brought to a tough dental surgery.

Very friendly and great prices compared to other vets. I’ve recommended numerous people here for ear cropping. I’ve taken all my exotic bullies here and I always get compliments on how good their crop looks! I definitely would recommend them 😁

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE! They overcharge for made-up reasons and the facility smells terrible. Our dog was mistreated during her spay, and they even charged extra for her being in heat. The staff lacked compassion and didn't provide proper medication instructions. They're now trying to charge us for a follow-up appointment. Our dog contracted a fever and kennel cough while staying overnight. They lack basic amenities like a public restroom and don't communicate via email. They also double-charged us for vaccinations. Our dog was covered in urine, feces & blood! They didn’t even bother to clean her! The tall, White lady in the front said, "She must have laid in it." NO compassion, NO empathy! UPDATE: Instead of Eastwood, take your pets to Pet Resource Center of Kansas City. PRCKC are a top rated NON PROFIT who will help you if needed like in payments for care & even offer FREE dog & cat food. They’re understaffed so ALWAYS make an appt or your wait time will be longer especially in the mobile clinic as it is 1st come, 1st serve unless there is an emergency.

Very rude staff. I work at a grooming salon and I needed to call for a rabies expiration date. I asked one question in regards to what this person told me and he said that I needed to be smarter. Do not take your animals there. They assume everyone is stupid and they love bullying people.

Staff was very unhelpful was threated to be shot by one of there customers because traffic was heavy and unable to pull out early and safely as fast as they wanted me to

Extremely rude staff. They do not fax nor email records to other vets or boarding/Daycare facilities. I would not take your pet here for vaccinations. They do not give the correct proof.
