Dr. Epstein and his staff are just amazing. They consistently put my boys needs above all else and offer excellent care at an affordable cost. They’re seriously the best!!

We've taken our pets to Arrowhead Veterinary Services for more than ten years and we've never had a problem. They've always treated our dogs and cats with care, kindness and attention. Whenever we go out of town, we have no concerns with boarding our dog at Arrowhead. She comes home tired and clean. I appreciate Dr. Epstein's devotion to animals.

Our babies Maxwell and Dougie have been going here for services with Dr. Epstein and his team since they were both 4 months old. The staff is awesome and their boarding service is a huge help when traveling. Max has really bad allergies so he loves his medicated baths and Dougie can be challenging but it runs in his Chihuahua blood. Lol 10 out of 10! I highly recommend.

This vet is literally the best to go to. The staff are caring and Dr. Epstein is always gentle with my cat and dog. I've been coming to this veterinarian for over 10 years and I couldn't imagine taking my pets anywhere else.

I love Dr. Epstein and his staff. He's been our Vet for 14 years. They handle all our medical and boarding needs. Unfortunately, we had to make the decision to let our fur baby go and they handled it with as much love and compassion as we would have. If we make a decision to become dog parents again, we will definitely choose Arrowhead.

They were able to squeeze me in and seem to genuinely care about my pet!! They explain to you what the best case scenario is for you and help you figure out what financially makes the most sense as well. Would definitely recommend!

First time user of this facility and have had such a horrible experience mentally and physically for my dog. Yes, I want what I pay for and expect quality customer service. Devon is wonderful, however, Dr. Epstein seems like he has little compassion for your animal if he doesn’t like you as a person. My opinion only because he made me feel this way. Upon last visit, I voiced concerns in front of the doctor and was professional, paid my bill and left. Called shortly after and explained dissatisfaction of visit and experience. I was basically told find another vet if you don’t like us. Yes, these are not exact words, but it’s how they certainly made me feel. I even requested Dr. Epstein call me and discuss if my dog was a fit for his clinic and there would be no hard feelings. Never received a call. I’m certainly not discrediting this service or Dr. Epstein, is my opinion if you want a more professional, personalized service you will seek another choice. Thank you.
