San Pablo Animal Hospital

Just moved to JAX, had worked for my vet for years. San Pablo is as professional, friendly, caring, and (important) clean as my former vets'. They've been wonderful about seeing my cat at short notice, and are great at "holding my hand" as we navigate this newly diagnosed diabetes. So grateful to have found them!

We love San Pablo Animal Hospital as our primary care facility for our dog and cat. Nice doctors that explain things very well and offer options when available.

I have my 3rd puppy with San Pablo animal hospital. I had two prior loved fur babies that were taken care of by this group their entire life. I don't trust anyplace else.

Make sure to ask for pricing before leaving. Do not rely on what someone told you previously. I made an appointment in Oct. For a spay because they said to wait until my cat was at least 9 months old. I was told that it would be around $400. Had the procedure In Feb and was charged $550. When I explained that wasn't what I was told they let me know the Dr. I saw at the time was retired and the price changed. Not my problem. Noone told me when I dropped her off that prices changed. Maybe it is my responsibility to ask but this is ridiculous. Thats a big price increase. I won't be back. The staff was friendly that I dealt with. I know it was not their fault.

Moved from DC area, quickly got an appointment with San Pablo. Doctors are great, nurses and front staff are always willing to help me out. I highly recommend their services. Marley and Charley approved!

My furbaby was not eating or drinking and I took her to a local vet to have her seen. That vet recommended I take her to an endoscopic vet. After a few calls, I was able to find San Pablo Animal Hospital which is an hour from my house. From the first call, they went above and beyond. I was concerned my pet may have had something in her esophagus due to x-rays taken by the local vet. The doctor agreed to review her medical records and call me back. I emailed them while I was on the phone and she reviewed the x-rays and said there was nothing there. She could have said you have to come in so I can review the records but she didn't do that. She went above and beyond and I so greatly appreciate that. I did take Lola in to see her the next day just to get a repeat x-ray to confirm she was fine. San Pablo Animal Hospital was great and I would definitely recommend them. I also thought their prices were reasonable.

The doctors and staff at San Pablo Animal Hospital have provided excellent love and care for our animals for many years, and we don't think of going anywhere else for the veterinary needs of our furry friends.
