The staff and vets at this clinic are phenomenal. They are incredibly loving and patient, even to the most mischievous/"difficult" pets (like my cat). Dr. Reardon and Dr. Griffith are incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and skilled at their craft - they each performed surgery on my cat and followed up on him during recovery (he is now cancer free!). The prices are fair and affordable, and the billing/scheduling/office staff are responsive, kind, and helpful. All around, this is a fantastic clinic for all your furry friends!

Our little bundle of joy, Jaxon, met some of the staff for the first time and he was calm, which is a good sign. We've only had our initial visit, but all the staff was friendly amd competent.

Our precious 11 yrar old cat presented with her limping and her front paw pads were swollen. Dixie is totally indoor kitty. The care received was prompt and courteous. Dixie was diagnosed with basically auto immune and spongy paw. A shot of steroids and we are waiting on call for a continuous medication. She is resting comfortably. We recvd a follow up call the following day.

This is a really good place. One of the vets,unsure of his name(glasses,tall, Hispanic?) is always very thorough and just a really nice guy. Definitely the best that we've seen so far. The others are good but he just seems to go above and beyond. Very grateful for him and the facility is nice and clean and the staff is always friendly and helpful.

Very efficient check-in and retrieval from parking lot. Pet seen in a timely fashion. Options for treatment given along with potential costs. Efficient check-out in exam room. Best of all, topical treatment seems to be working well so far! Highly recommend!

I've taken my senior corgi Iggy here for boarding multiple times now. He's mostly rear-end paralyzed with IVDD; the staff does a wonderful job with him. It's clear they care for him well. All my instructions and notes are followed, which puts me at ease for my special pup. He comes home smelling great and full of smiles. I really like that I can have his vet needs met and addressed during boarding. Prices are very reasonable and the service is always excellent. The facilities are clean, large, and accommodating. I highly recommend this resort, especially if you have a special needs pet. Such a relief to know he's in great hands!

, I recently had a very disappointing experience. My dog was left there for seven hours and the grooming was still not completed. Given the length of time, I can only assume he spent a significant portion of the day in a cage. He was the first dog dropped off at 7:30 a.m., yet when I arrived later and saw him scratching to get out of a cage, I decided that seven hours was more than enough and took him home, despite being told the grooming was incomplete. The following day, my dog refused to leave the house to go to Coastal daycare, (not affiliated with Coastal Vet hospital and grooming ) which has never happened before. I can’t say for certain whether he was traumatized, but the behavior was very unusual for him. Despite the haircut being incomplete, I was still charged $80. For that reason, I would strongly encourage others to consider how long their pet may be waiting before scheduling grooming here. In my opinion, leaving a dog for that length of time without completing the service is simply not acceptable. Contrary to some of these reviews, noted is that Coastal Daycare is not affiliated with Coastal Hospital Pet grooming. Coastal Daycare services are excellent.
