WOW—just wow! From the moment we walked in, the office felt welcoming, spotless, and incredibly well organized. The staff was absolutely amazing—kind, attentive, and thorough in explaining everything. They handled both of our cats with such gentle care, which immediately put us at ease. If you’ve loved Chewy online, you’ll love them even more in person. We recently switched from another provider that didn’t offer this level of compassion, and within minutes, we knew we had found our new vet. Thank you to the entire team for taking such wonderful care of our fur babies!

I recently took my cat to Dr. Mena and I couldn’t be more impressed with the care we received. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, kind, and genuinely compassionate toward both me and my cat. Dr. Mena took the time to thoroughly examine my cat, listen to my concerns, and explain everything. I never felt rushed, and it was clear that they truly care about the health and well being of their patients. They were patient, knowledgeable, and gentle, which helped make what is usually a stressful experience much easier. What stood out most was the attention to detail and the genuine concern shown throughout the visit. It’s obvious that this practice values both excellent medical care and building trust with pet owners. Finding a veterinarian who combines expertise with compassion can be difficult, and I am so grateful to have found one. I highly recommend Dr. Mena and the entire team to anyone looking for exceptional care for their pets.

I liked that I was able to book the appointment online. While it is too far away from my house to use all the time, it is a great option when my vet is not available. They even have Saturday hours! I thought it was nice that they texted the next day to make sure everything was going well.

They took care of my 5month husky, treated her like a princess. I’ve never seen her so at ease in a vet. Amazing job

My cat Othello was seen today on a short notice, the staff was great, very friendly, and took care of Othello. I love that Chewy updated information into my Chewy account and now any prescription or recommended item for purchase are directed into your Chewy cart. Should one choose to purchase, it’s there and no need to search on line. This is a great idea to have made this Chewy Vet Clinic as it is a one stop shop for medical, purchases, and prescriptions filled. All from me having an account with Chewy. I love this! I highly recommend. Happy Chewy is in Jacksonville Fl., close to me (Beach Blvd and Kernan)!!!
