The Doctors and staff were amazing. I would like to speak about Paul as well. The Friday prior to my Akita having Surgery the following Monday. I met with Paul, I asked him if he could open the clinic earlier than the current scheduled hours, without hesitation he said yes. My Dog had to be in getting ready for Surgery Monday 11/17/25 at 830am and I had to be assisting in Surgery as well at 800am. Because of Paul opening the clinic earlier I made it on time to my surgical facility. Assisting with eye surgery. Paul any workplace is fortunate to have you. I highly recommend Paws 2 Help. Great Team! On behalf of Nuke and truly yours, all the best. Juan from Boynton Beach, FL
Been using them exclusively since 2018.. no amounts of words can express how appreciative I am all off they’re love and generosity, but yesterday they left me speechless.. I brought it my cat, Nature Boy whos isn’t feeling well, they did blood work, X-rays and administered antibiotics and fluids, then sent me on my way with a prescription for food, AND cans of food plus 3 medicines for me sick boy… when I went to pay my bill, they did it pro bono and covered my fees.. I almost cried. Tell me what pet hospital of veterinary would ever show this amount of care? Dr Serra Dr Rafael And Dr Marion have all tended to me at one point or another other and I’m forever in their debt. I adore this place. In 2018 after spending $1500 at 3 different vets trying to figure out what was wrong with my Dog Noel, none of them knew what was wrong and ALL of them wanted to put the dog down, after one last plead online for any recommendations I was referred to Paws 2 help, with mins after seeing my dog, Dr Marion did an xray and instantly knew he had lung cancer, incredible, then referred me to a cancer specialist for animals and after that visit my dog Noel lived another 8 months. A happy 8 months. Just amazing. I can’t say enough positive things about these guys. They truly CARE
If you ever go there make sure you make an appointment before you go they do take walk-ins but they do the appointments first, I had my appointment first thing in the morning 9:25 I got there at 8:00 because people were going in for surgery which I didn't know is my first time there as soon as I walked in the lady took my pet's name told me to take a seat and she would call me up she did all the paperwork and then she sent me to a room with my pet because I had a cat but I was in and out before my appointment was 9:25am did doctor came in at 9:00 and I was out the door by 9:25 but if you're not in there by that time for like a walk-in prepare to wait because by that time there was so many people in with their animals for walk-ins it was incredibly loud with all the dog barking and my cat was stressed. My cat went in with a UTI doctor gave her two injections and she was great on the second day. I commend the staff and the doctor himself there are very efficient and pleasant to talk to. I let them know what was going on with my cat first time with my cat she was a feral, but I had her in my house for a 6 years before I ever thought about taking her to a vet she never had any issues until a few days before my visit I noticed signs that something was wrong. Very reasonable on the charges, I really thought it was going to be a lot more.
I made an appointment for 10:30am and was not put into an exam room with my dog until 3pm, where we waited another 45 minutes. When the vet finally appeared, he spent 3 minutes with us. My dog had 3 issues going on. He addressed one and casually blew off the other two, saying they were no big deal. We were prescribed Prednisone for itching. My dog ended up with diarrhea and laying in her own pee because she lost control of her bladder. After only 2 days, I stopped giving them to her. They take appointments and walk-ins, which they fit in between appts. I ended up being there for 5 hours, even with an appointment. I understand doctors are always behind, but there was no excuse for that kind of overbooking. I won't go back.
I brought my senior pup in when she wasn’t feeling well. It was a long drive from home and an even longer wait but well worth it. The staff was so kind and professional. They made the process very easy.
Staff gets all the stars! They are so sweet! From the front desk, techs and doctors to check out. I have never felt so at ease bringing my pet to a veterinary clinic. I dont mind the wait and am thankful for their services and happy with the pricing! Truly grateful for this place.
This place is terrible, I do not recommend. The staff are very friendly, however, plan to wait for at least 4 hour with reservation. This is the last time we are going to come here. My cat had surgery here and we had to come back because of complication of surgery. We came here a few days ago and the doctor gave us drops due to the complication and had us come back Friday to check. However, when we came back Friday, the doctor was not even here. The front office could have at least told us that the doctor wasn’t here, so we could come back another time. We came here at 8:30, left at 12:30. It was 11:30 that someone came to our room and told us that the doctor wasn’t here. We essentially spent hours waiting only to receive minimal care. This is not a professional place at all. They appear to schedule more patients than they can reasonably accommodate, leading to long delays and poor communication. If you don’t plan to spend the entire day here, then don’t come. Make sure to take off from work, etc. as it will take you from the morning until their closing time. They never answer the phone or reply back to any emails. If you are not financially in a bad place, do not come here but instead pay a little more and save your time. As the saying goes ‘time is money’.
