Animal Cancer Care Clinic

I came in yesterday Friday may 29 to inquire about an appointment because I couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone. When I went in, there were kids running around behind the desk. It was complete chaos. I don’t know if it was an employees kids but people coming in to discuss CANCER treatment after such a devastating diagnosis shouldn’t really have to try and discuss through kids running around. It was apparent why I couldn’t get through on the phone because the two receptionist were there talking to each other, the kids and playing in their phones while all the phones were just ringing if this is Indicative of the type of care received here then I’d rather take my chances elsewhere.

Dr Fernandez and his staff are phenomenal. Not only are they professional and experts in oncology, they make my boy, Diesel, feel comfortable and safe. He’s never nervous for his appointments. They are all loving and kind.

They care about one thing only and that is profit. They don't care about your pet and due to lack of other vet cancer clinics in the area they charge exorbitant prices. They do this based off the emotion of your pet being sick and say that $10,000 for the one visit of radiation is the best they can do. Its needed but sadly is not affordable for most clients. Being in healthcare I know the cost to perform such procedures and this is as stated exorbitantly price gouged by 3 or 4 times what it cost to actually perform said services. We love our pets but sadly when these places are your only option you either pay it by going in debt or try to find alternatives.

Dr. Correa and her staff at wonderful, Dr Correa was very Caring and Compassionate and explained in detail what our options were when our boy Shogun got diagnosed with cancer. His treatment so far is going well and we couldn't be more pleased. Thank you Dr. Correa and staff.

Always take care of my dog and make us feel comfortable and informed

Only one vet, not always someone there. Couldn't get refill of meds for 5 days, had to go to another vet.

Dr. C and staff are always super friendly and happy to see Benji.
