Dr. B is the best vet in this area. He truly cares for pets and he has taken care of all 3 of my dogs. I don't have to wait for weeks to get an appointment and the staff are super friendly and really listen to your needs and the needs of your doggie. I'll keep coming back!

Ok place but very disorganized. Expect for them to give you a time and to be late. For them to prescribe things and it not be ready (even after they call you). Expect them to not know or understand what’s they told you prior.

Amazing service and the girls there were so kind to me and to my dog!! They took great care of him and my dog feels so much better now thank you. I recommend going here for your pet!! 🙂

This place is amazing. Great staff, Veterinarian friendly and compassionate. The love for their profession shows the minute you walk into the office. I would give them 10 stars if possible. My gratitude for what they have done for my Pawpaws is not easy to put into words. I am grateful forever. Their job is not easy but they never show it. You and your pet are their priority. I recommend them 100%.

Our rescue dog was sick and suffering! The staff and doctor was the best! I can’t say enough good things about them when you are losing a loved one you need all the support you can get and they definitely deserve recognition! The doctor was super compassionate he treated our dog with so much love and kindness! I recommend him to everyone I know! This a man sent from heaven!

Despite the negative reviews that others have posted, I found none of them to be true in my experience. The vet doctor and the staff at West Covina Pet Hospital are exceptional. They went above and beyond to help my cat, demonstrating care and compassion that felt like family. Their dedication and expertise are truly amazing, and I highly recommend this hospital to anyone in need of veterinary care. From now on, we will be taking all of our animals to West Covina Pet Hospital. The staff even helped us find a puppy, something I've wanted for a very long time. My heart is overfilled with love and joy for this new addition to our fur family. This place is simply amazing, and my husband and I are beyond excited to have them as our vet. It's rare to find a place with such big hearts these days. I have visited other animal hospitals where all they seemed to care about was money, providing little to no help for my cat. West Covina Pet Hospital, on the other hand, went above and beyond, offering incredibly reasonable prices and unparalleled care. I'm very grateful that my sister, Lisa Marie recommended that we come here, and we will be coming here from now on. My dog was treated at this hospital for almost 8 years. His time to cross the rainbow bridge came. I took my boys with me as we decided we were not betraying our dog by leaving him alone. The doctor and his staff were compassionate they allowed my boys in the room to explain everything that was going to happen, and they even asked again if the boys wanted to be there. We stayed with our beloved dog and the doctor and his staff gave us some time alone with him. Doctor came and talked to my boys, giving them words of comfort. The price was fair compared to other places, and the clinic was always clean. We will continue our business with them because of the empathy of the doctor and his staff while seeing our pain. The lady at the front desk (red hair) may not seem sweet, but she wasn't mean. She had compassion and empathy towards us during a difficult time.
