I had a great experience at Bond Vet and highly recommend this clinic. The appointment process was easy, and the wait time was minimal, which helped reduce stress for my pet. The staff and veterinarian were kind, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly, making me feel very reassured as a pet owner. They carefully walked me through the exam and recommendations without pushing unnecessary treatments, which I really appreciated. The clinic itself was clean, modern, and well organized. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I felt that my pet was genuinely cared for.
Dr. Steinbock, Anna, and Dash were incredibly kind and compassionate during one of the most heartbreaking moments for our family. We came in suddenly with our cat Sunshine, and they treated us with so much patience, care, and respect. Dr. Steinbock still took the time to check Sunshine and speak with us with so much care, even though Sunshine had already passed. She and the team treated us with real compassion, kindness, and warmth, which meant so much to us. Anna was very kind and wonderful. She was very responsive and helpful by email, guided us through the registration process, and offered kind words when we really needed them. A special thank-you to Dash for helping us with Sunshine’s paw prints, whiskers, and everything. She was extremely patient and kind to us. It meant so much to us. Everyone at the clinic was so kind, and we truly felt cared for during such a difficult time. We highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for compassionate veterinary care. We are truly grateful.
I was so impressed with the time Dr. Caraballo invested in understanding my dog's prior medical history (including calling the surgeon's office who had done previous treatment to get tests Bond Vet didn't have access to). I felt heard, and appreciated how much time she spent understanding what had worked and what didn't. 10/10 experience, glad we signed up for the Bond Vet Membership b/c we'll definitely be getting all of her care here.
I'm really happy with the care my dog receives here. The place is super clean, bright, and welcoming. The staff are so nice, from the front desk to the nurses, and vets, all very patient and caring. Will be bringing my little guy here from now on!
I love bringing my cats here! The team is kind and attentive. The doctors are very communicative and help me clearly understand my options for treatment. Will continue to visit in the future 🙂
Great experience, would definitely recommend. Our dog was showing some signs of pain and we booked a same day appointment for him without knowing much about the practice. The office was clean and calm and we were greeted immediately. During the exam, the veterinarian was sympathetic to our dog’s nervousness and anxiety and worked with us to complete an exam. It was so comforting, since past vets have just assumed our dog will be aggressive since he isn’t small and gets so nervous. He’s really just a big baby. They made us feel listened to and they addressed our concerns, and they did bloodwork onsite. Our dog (and us) came home happier and with the right pain meds in hand. 10/10, definitely recommend.
We had a great visit today in the sense that they answered all our questions, they were incredibly loving and cuddly with our scared and sick feeling cat- unfortunately she might be having either a kidney infection or kidney disease, which we would hate to think of her having but we are just glad we trusted our guts today and that bond vet was available to see us same day- the exam fee was free, but the other care was expensive but not horrifically expensive. Our 2 cats have been pretty healthy the last 6 years so for this to be the first major sick visit beyond just shots and a check up when they need them, I still think we are coming out ahead ! Dr. Pavlova was great, the nurse/vet tech was great, everyone was nightly professional but also personable. I trust them with my sweet baby and now we know where to go if anything else happens/
