We trust this team with all three of our dogs and our two fur grandkids. We moved out of Wake Forest 12 years ago and happily make the drive; there’s no other practice we would take our pups to. Dr. Thames and Dr. Caballero are our go-to providers. They’re knowledgeable, compassionate, and always take the time to make sure we feel comfortable with every decision. Every visit has been a great experience, from the doctors to the front desk staff.

Dr. Morrison is so thorough and kind! Remi had a great visit with her for her yearly check up, vaccinations and labs. My other lab, Wesson, has been seeing Dr. Caballero whom we also love! Your pets will be taken care of very well by the vets and staff here as well as at the other Falls location, where Dr. Conley was an incredible surgeon for my Rottie lab years ago! Highly recommend this practice!

I have been coming here since 2021. I have seen several doctors, including Dr. Jindal and Dr. Thames. Every single person I have ever interacted with has been so nice, kind, and competent. I never doubt whether my dogs are getting the best care. We recently had to say goodbye to my older dog, and the staff were so kind to us. It was an impossible day, and they were so nice. I will always bring my animals here for vet care. I don’t know about how they are priced compared to other offices, but vet care in general is expensive, and they always give me budget treatment options if I ask for them (and they are available).

I was able to get an appointment within an hour of calling. The technician and doctor worked well as a team and my dog was feeling 100% better 24 hours later! Dr. Bradley was very thorough in her questions and the treatment plan was conservative but she gave concise followup instructions to watch for additional symptoms that may have indicated something more serious. I came across this office when my vet was closed on a day my dog had issues. My previous vet I was using for 18 years for my cats and dogs throughout the years. This vet office stood out the minute I walked in. Everyone is so friendly and interactive with all the animals that walk in the door. They have been thorough with my 2 pets when I bring them in. My dog can get overstimulated easily in new places, but they knew exactly how to approach her on the exam, which gave me such relief. I have found my new vet's office. I HIGHLY recommend them to everyone.

If there were an Olympic event for eating the wrong things, Artie would medal, after all, he managed to eat 18 jigsaw puzzle pieces. Thankfully, this incredible veterinary team saved the day with their expertise, kindness, and great sense of humor. We are endlessly grateful, and Artie has officially retired from puzzle-based hobbies.

This vet is amazing. Constantly looking out for what is best for our dog. Every issue was discussions on what our options were as well as what they thought was best for the pet (which was not typical since it meant less money spent there at times). Then to top it off, when the time came to lay our girl to rest they went above and beyond every step of the way. Including a sympathy card signed and personalized by everyone. We will return when we decide to get another fur baby.
