Dr. Glasco and her vet tech were absolutely wonderful with my anxious pup. They took the time to make her feel comfortable and really helped reduce her fear of the vet. The entire staff is so kind and compassionate, you can tell they love their jobs. Hands down the best vet I’ve ever been to!

I could tell that Dr Hummel and her staff are very caring, and very skilled. I am so happy to have found them. They worked me into a very busy schedule, as a new client with a new patient...because they actually cared that my pet might be in trouble. Also, because I am in the medical field myself, I most likely see and understand more than those who aren't. I can definitely say that I am going to bring all of my pets to be cared for here.

10/10! I have used many vets in the area for my animals and this vet is phenomenal! Front desk staff is super friendly and laid back, and Dr. Glasco is wonderful! So friendly, knowledgeable, and listens to your concerns and explains things very well. I have taken my 10 month old German Shepherd pup here for an exam, when he had an upset stomach and I just brought my cat in for urinary crystals. Thank you guys!!

Provided great care for my new kitten. Cleaned his ears so well and got us in and out of there so quickly. Assisted with submission of doctors notes for pet insurance.

My experience has been wonderful at this location. I am a new pet owner and I rely on the information provided to ensure I am caring for my puppy 🐶 properly. Everyone is pleasant, customer service is friendly and personable.

The staff upfront are unprofessional. Left me a voicemail of a few seconds and while doing so, continued socializing to someone in background at the same time. VM was concerning my pet's medicine. I have visited both locations however the prescription was " at the other location". They're the same hospital, couldn't they call it over there (their sister location) and have it started..... customer service, not an inconvenience. Candace needs customer service skills.

From the moment my toy poodle puppy, Nova, and I walk in the door, we are greeted with smiles and warmth. Nova absolutely loves coming here—she gets excited the second we arrive! The entire staff is simply amazing, always going above and beyond to make sure Nova feels comfortable and loved. A special shout-out to Candace, who has been nothing short of incredible. Nova lights up every time she sees her, and it’s clear that Candace genuinely cares about her well-being. Dr. Glasco and the entire team are professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I trust them completely with Nova’s care, and I’m so grateful to have found such an outstanding veterinary clinic. If I could give 10 stars, I would!
