Vetco Vaccination Clinic

They were friendly and good with our dog but twice forgot to give us his flea meds. The second time when we returned to get them we learned they have inconsistent, unpredictable hours that don't match what the business lists as their hours online.

Awful. Had difficulty making an appointment online, and they canceled THREE times on 3 different days, then told me they couldn’t take my dog at the vax clinic after waiting almost an hour. Ridiculous waste of time. The vet tech blamed their incompetence on the other clinics. For the last vax, at a different location, the vet tech was so incompetent in administering the injection and hurt my dog, likely into the muscle, who NEVER yelped before when getting a shot. Now she’s terrified of the vet.

Very nice staff and knowledgeable

While the actual vaccination part of the appointment went well, check any meds they give you. Gave me the wrong weight bracket of medication for my dog and now it’s been a headache to make it right since they’re not there everyday.

If I could give zero stars I would. I booked an appointment for a vaccination for my dog. They randomly decided to cancel my appointment with no reason and then I couldn’t reschedule at any close locations for 4 days. I needed to have the vaccine done by a certain date and when I called customer service they did absolutely nothing to fix THEM cancelling my appointment with no reason.

I took my dog to get him flee and tick medication. They had told me that my dog need to get a shot. I didn’t think that he need one. So I did not question it because they have his medical records. But to find out they gave my dog the wrong shot that he already had in may 2022 and it is was good for a year. I will not be going back to them. No one has reach out to me about this problem
