AMAZING staff & such a welcoming & clean environment! My dog has been coming to this specific location since the day she came home! They truly show that they love what they do & have such kind hearts with the pets in their care. I will never take my sweet girl anywhere but here 🙂 ** Bonus points for their cute decorations for holidays! **

I called about My dog Oreo who had been limping and not putting pressure on his front right paw. Whenever My Husband would pick him up he would whine. I called CityVet letting them know my concerns and was immediately greeted with such good customer service on the phone and in person. I was able to get an appointment the same day. Katelynn was very friendly and professional as the front desk receptionist. Chapri, Dr. Feiste’s assistant listened very carefully and showed concern when going over the issues that we brought Oreo in for. Dr. Feiste’s voice was very soft spoken and soothing when examining Oreo. There was a resident that was also in attendance and when she called Oreo he went to her immediately. He doesn’t usual go to strangers. They made him feel calm and safe and for that I am grateful. The office was clean and the perfect temperature. The exam was quick but also thorough. We WILL be using CityVet Lynnhaven for our Vet needs from now on. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I was very pleased with my experience. I was able to get an appointment within an hour of my call, which was very appreciative, and the medication needed for my dog. I also felt very comfortable with the staff and doctor. The doctor seems to really understand unique things regarding Whippets that makes me feel confident we can address some chronic issues that have previously been a mystery. Looking forward to establishing this place as my vet as I just moved to the area.

I am so thankful for this Veterinary practice and their wonderful staff. My senior dog (Autumn) was seen for some issues this year, nothing major, until November when she started having some other issues that just didn’t improve. Dr. Gilfeather and her vet assistants (especially Chloe), worked very hard to make her comfortable and pain free, unfortunately my sweet dog began to decline quickly and I decided we needed to get an appt ASAP. They fit us in their already busy schedule, Dr. Gilfeather took time to explain options and unfortunately we decided that it was time for her to cross the rainbow bridge. I was met with compassion, understanding as well as giving me all of the options each and every visit we had. I never felt dismissed or pressed to do a specific treatment plan. I would absolutely recommend this practice. I also want to thank the team and how hard they work every day, it did not go unnoticed.

Wonderful staff, amazing people, affordable and kind. They took amazing care of my cat Aizawa, and gave him a backup prescription for food since he’s not privy to the one he was originally prescribed. Can’t recommend them enough!

This is our first puppy and we couldn’t be more happy with the amazing staff and care. Our puppy, Bean and her Sister Jessi both receive their care from City Vet. They remember your pets name and are very attentive to their needs. They are also very informative. Being new doggie parents comes with many questions. This will be our, forever Vet. Thank you all. We had our first experience here today, with my dog who is sick. We came from another local vet place that we stopped going to (by choice) so I was nervous going somewhere new. From the interaction making the initial appointment, to the very friendly welcome when we arrived, and the care and kindness we received throughout the entire appointment, we certainly will be back with any upcoming care for our pets. I didn't feel pressured or rushed, especially considering our situation was a sad outcome for our family. Thank you for taking the time with us today, it really makes a difference walking away with news that we received, knowing it came from a good place.
