We were really worried about our pup. He rarely has health issues, and with his age it was great to get the support of the staff understanding what data was going to be the most important to his health within a budget we could justify. Staff was kind, and caring. We just really appreciated service and care overall. All staff!! The vet tech (I'm sorry, I forgot her name!) made us laugh and was so sweet! "Any coughing today?!" "No, the dog hasn't had any coffee today?!" 😂🤍 We were there for about 4 hours, which seemed like a long time. However the staff communicated to us that there were a few traumas that came in, and we completely understood. Our pets are so important to us, that we completely empathize with the position of others. What I was impressed with was the communication of the staff, checking in with us constantly to let us know where our dog was in the process of his treatment and asking for our patience. Within the day, he was feeling much better, I would trust them over and over again. THANK YOU, ALL!
Wanted to say a huge thank you to Dr Summers and Dr Vail and amazing staff members at AVSG. Everyone who we got a chance to speak with were extremely caring and empathetic. Our cat had urinary blockage and while it was stressful for us, thanks to the staff at AVSG he recovered nicely and came home in just 3 days. Thanks to long visit hours we were able to come after work and were very happy with the level of care he received. The team was also updating us daily and Dr’s were available for any questions we had. We appreciate what the team did beyond words and are very thankful! PS. Burt Macklin says hi!
So so so grateful for the staff and doctor. I’m so sad i didnt catch their names. Brought my baby peach because of a possible UTI around 1AM, and let me just say these two doctor/vets were heaven sent. Genuinely thank you. We are very greatful. Great Vet clinic. They care so much for our pets. These are the type of people you can trust with your animals, and deserve to be veterinarians. So grateful for you lovely ladies.
Board certified surgeons, knowledgeable staff, efficient yet caring and thorough. Every person on the team, from intake and meeting with the staff who took Raymond for bloodwork, etc. to the surgeon for his surgery and the emergency surgeon who ended up doing the procedure, as well as the after care team…I am so grateful and knew he was in good hands every step of the way. Thank you for the work you do! They were compassionate and I was impressed with their professionalism and knowledge. I knew that if they couldn't help my Raymond, no one could. I felt this was the best choice of care for my baby.
Unfortunately my dog ended up with two surgeries for his back knees that had cranial cruciate ligament tear. Name of procedure is called TPLO w/ arthroscopy. It is a very invasive procedure. I recommend going with Dr. Sebastian. He is kind, compassionate, and honest. The first surgery was in 2023 and the second in October 2025. It’s been 2 wks and he is already walking so much better. I’m happy to already know that he will be running again in no time!
When my dog was having a health crisis, AVSG was able to see us right away. Dr Summers is an amazing critical care vet and so nice. She answered all my questions and went out of her way to help us get the care we needed as quickly as possible while also trying to avoid us paying unnecessary fees. Dr Summers has such a calming presence. While my dog's diagnosis was not good, I really appreciated the way she explained everything and answered all my questions and was so patient with me. Knowledgeable and kind doctors and staff.
Dr. V and her Team were amazing! This is the second time we consulted Dr. V for more difficult health issues with our Pit Mix. She helped to navigated us through a difficult decision and pre testing for surgery and we are so grateful! The outcome was positive and Stella is on the road to recovery and doing great! Calm Environment, Scheduling was professional and follow up prompt. Highly recommend!
