Sheridan Road Veterinary Clinic

I had a very incredible experience with Sheridan road veterinarian clinic. They treated me and my friend and Ollie put total respect and courtesy. They assisted me and getting a few donated medications which save me quite a bit of money knowing my circumstances. They did an excellent job removing the hair around Ollie's hot spots and treating him with loving care. I will recommend this place to all my friends with animals and will return every single time with mine. Thank you so much for your kindness.

I had such a great experience at this vet clinic with my dog, who struggles with separation anxiety. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, patient, and understanding from the moment we walked in. The facility was also very clean and welcoming, which immediately made me feel more comfortable. What stood out to me the most was how affordable everything was without sacrificing the quality of care. The vet was extremely knowledgeable, took the time to answer my questions, and genuinely cared about my dog’s well-being. It’s hard to find a place that combines compassion, professionalism, and affordability so well. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy vet!

As someone who works in veterinary medicine I came here for a second opinion and found the answers I needed. Dr. Simon was amazing and very informative about the issues. Her tech was awesome, very involved and so polite. I will continue my services here and will be recommending everyone to them!!

It has been almost two years since my dog died of negligence at the clinic after a VERY serious and painful surgery which involved rerouting his intestines and removing a tumor, etc. They said if he made it "out of the woods in 72 hours" he would make it and he actually did pretty good that day but I got a phone call the next morning…..my baby had passed away overnight. THEY LEFT HIM BY HIMSELF!!! ALL NIGHT!!! HE WASN'T EVEN AN AFTER THOUGHT! There was NO STAFF whatsoever! Then I found on some notes she put he died of a heart attack! How would she know that? She never told me that. He probably died of a heart attack from extreme pain! He was on MORPHINE (which is SHORT TERM) and another pain medicine I believe? Maybe. But the best part, they want to be paid! Over my dead body! If I ever hear from them again, I will sue the living daylights out of them. I will file a complaint against her with the Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners. I miss him so much! Do not use this place!

I initially left a positive review, but after taking time to reflect, I did feel that some of the interactions during the visit came across as judgmental during an already very difficult time with my elderly dog. That said, Angie was absolutely outstanding kind, compassionate, and truly supportive when I needed it most. She deserves full recognition for the care she provided.

Great care they gave to our special kitty! Very nice front office staff and very competent vet! Shout out to Dr. Olson! Zephyr is doing great!
