Found a small dog at my workplace stuck in a fence. Took her to Cedarwood where they did a thorough examination, checked for a microchip, and did bloodwork. The staff was very caring and friendly. The doc was very nice and even gave me some food for her, free of charge. This is a smaller, cozy, neighborhood vet clinic that I would highly recommend. Thank you to all the staff for your empathy and assistance.
Doc is great! He helped my Sammy Boo Bear and even though we have to continue figuring out exactly what is wrong Doc knows his business. He’s fair with pricing and includes me in every step of the journey. Thanks Doc and everyone at Cedarwood! You make this ordeal easier for me.
They were so good with my cat when he was very unwell. They are compassionate and worked hard to bring him back to good health. I won’t take my cats anywhere else as long as they are in business.
Dr. Poteet always takes care of our fur babies. He is the best.
My little dog, Achilles was dumped at Woodward Park. A regular client of Cedarwood Vet Clinic offered to pay for the surgeries Achilles needed if I decided to keep him in the event that no one claimed him. No one did & he's living with me now. He had a hernia & needed to be neutered, which happened almost 2 months ago now. The vet was very very kind & sent us away with lots of goodies. I am deeply thankful for all. Achilles is indeed a "rascal". He was mistreated & at some point knew the fear of not being fed or knowing when he'd find food himself next. He is still a scared, scavenging little man. My big cats have had to go stay with my son so they may have freedom of movement & live in peace for a bit & Achilles & I have much work to do. I miss snuggling my cats & sometimes I'm not sure why I felt so strongly about helping him. But I do. He's very snuggly & smart & sweet when he's not trying to act like the biggest, dog on the block!
Caring and attentive staff. Excellent Drs. Have been a client for over 30 years!
First I just want to say that this place is not as great as the reviews are saying. I came in at 2:18 and now sitting in the room at 4:20. I have been sitting in the exam room for about an hour and a half. But when the vet finally came in and he took my cat to the back and came back and said the stool sample would only take a couple minutes and it has been 30 minutes. Then after telling the nurse we need help the vet immediately came back after like he already knew the answer to what we were looking for. On top of that when the vet gave my cat the nausea shot, he gave the shot and walked away and the needle was still in my cats skin and after going to the back finally realized that the needle wasn’t removed. Also overall just feel like the vet could t answer my questions and felt like he didn’t know what he was talking about!! IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE THIS PLACE A 0⭐️
