Dr. Rowling was very knowledgeable and attentive. She really cares about her patients and takes the extra time and attention to detail. So much better than the large corporate vet operation we were going to.

I have been seeing Dr Rawlings st Jacox for many years. She is amazing!! My dogs have been cared for unbelievably well. She takes time with you to listen and explain everything about the issues. I would never take my pets to another vet. I also recommended her to others and they are beyond grateful for her as well.

The reason for my visit yesterday isnt one that many would want to be there for but in the situation of having to help one my eldest furbie cross that rainbow bridge, which isnt the first time I've had to do so but for the two times so far I've gone to Jacox, they make the experience as light as possible. We actually conversed on Rosie symptoms, her years of life we spent together. Your animals isnt just an animal there but looked at and treated like actual family member... which they are. Options are given of taking them home to lay to rest or, can leave em with Jacox and they see that your animal, pet.... family member is handled properly. If they handle after life services, they even send their sympathy with a paw stamped card from your baby. Ill just say Jacox has been a pleasure doing business with... from regular check ups, treatments to assisting crossing over. Thank you Jacox.

I've taken my dog here multiple times over the years & consider this to be her veterinary home. I am always satisfied with the care & attention to detail they offer, and feel like the prices are very agreeable for any services you're requesting. They're always happy to provide you a price breakdown for services before they're rendered, if you ask. They seem super objective and will not overinflate your concerns to try & sell you stuff just for the sake of selling it—their care is based solely on the welfare of the animal while also balancing any challenges you might have as a caregiver (financial, too—they're understanding). They're also good record-keepers. They typically don't deal with severe acute injuries or ingestion of toxic substances, but there is a clinic 2 buildings down they will refer you to for immediate treatment, and they do a good job. Jacox will provide follow-up care. Fantastic place to go to for primary care such as vaccines & parasite prevention as well as managing chronic issues, like joint dysfunction or behavior problems. I'm a happy customer.

My family has been going here for years now. Everyone is super friendly and are always willing to take the time to answer all of our questions. Also I especially appreciate that if who I'm speaking with doesn't know the answer they check and make sure I don't leave without knowing. I definitely recommend coming here. The prices are always reasonable and I've found them to be the most affordable in Tulsa. Our newest family member in the picture also agrees.

I took my dog in about a week ago, and I am really grateful the treatment he received. The vet explained everything to me, wrote me a handwritten note, called me with updates and told me to call if I had any questions. I really appreciate this Animal Clinic, they truly care about the pets here and I highly recommend coming here for all of your pets health needs. Hands down the best Veterinarian and staff!

We have been going to Jacox for over 10 years now and we have never had a bad experience there. The staff is great, Dr Rawlings is great and we have never had a reason to look elsewhere. I have recommended them to other people several times. Affordable and trustworthy. Best description I can think of. Gunner, our biggest boy is the favorite in their office!
