Dr Fielstra and her assistant were so thoughtful understanding with zero judgments or questions as we needed to get help putting our 16 year old Queensland Healer to rest. All initial contact thru scheduling appointment was done by text. When they showed up & we spoke in person for the first time they we're exceedingly understanding professional compassionate & patient. If you're finding yourself in that difficult situation with your beloved pet do not hesitate text Dr Fielstra don't stress don't worry about it anymore. These ladies provide a service that is probably lost on 90% of people I'm afraid. With next to no vets offering home or remote euthanasia; they came into the comfort and mess of our home to make the last moments of our puppies life as easy, comfortable and as dignified as possible in her last moments. They provided great care and explained everything to us in a way we could process alongside our grief, and let us see our family member sent off with the poise she deserved. Can't recommend them enough!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dr. Fielstra and her assistant were amazing. They came out the day after I contacted them to help my 11yr old St Bernard mix cross the rainbow bridge at home. They loved on him from the moment they walked in until he took his last breath. It was my first time having to put a fur baby to sleep and it just made the process so much easier and it went so smoothly. Thank you guys again 💗
