A little over a year ago we brought in our neighborhood stray because he was looking really bad.. he had a lot of really bad symptoms, rapid weight loss, we thought he was going blind, stopped eating, the list goes on and on. Dr. Goodenough suspected FIP, which at the time was very hard to diagnose. With her quick diagnosis and sending us to the emergency, we were able to get the proper treatment for our kitty. FIP diagnosis is usually fatal, but we were able to get our cat at home treatment quickly and now he is doing amazing! We are so grateful for Dr. Goodenough, she was so compassionate and professional!! I’m going to post few before and after pictures.

We’ve been taking our pets to Eastside for 4 years now and this place is so great. We've had routine care for our cat and young dogs, treatment for our senior dog as she’s aged, valley fever treatment and spay/neuter/microchipping and we’ve been very satisfied with the care our animals have received at Eastside. The staff here are friendly and compassionate and they seem to stick around, so you get to know them and so do your pets. The prices are really reasonable and I never feel like I’m getting upsold on services I don’t need. They’re open Saturday which is a plus for us, and they’ve always been able to squeeze us in when we need them. We’re so glad we found Eastside!

This is the only place in Tucson I will take my dogs to. Honest techs and vets and they do not over charge.

Great experience today. Suzanne and the rest of the front staff are very kind and efficient, great techs and DVMs. Dr Curtis is very experienced and did a great job with our Olive’s spay. We also met Dr Goodenough and we are looking forward to working with her.

I will try to be succinct-when I took my dog in for a surgical mole removal I mentioned that she was hacking, coughing. I was told by Dr Curtis that labs would be run and if any infection, no surgery would occur. Surgery done, coughing continued, I thought maybe irritation from breathing tube. two weeks later, at stitch removal, I said still coughing. Dr Curtis said where has she been-I said dog beach before the surgery. She said well she's been on an antibiotic so...as if to say that would clear it, whatever it was. well it is valley fever and that was never tested for or mentioned-not being from here it was not on my radar at all but a Vets office in Tucson, Az didn't mention or test for it? Moved to a competent Vet now but my dog is struggling and it's breaking my heart that this wasn't caught and treated sooner. Can't say much for the bedside manner either, as the mole turned out to be malignant and after paying for a biopsy and calling and emailing, didn't get results til stitch removal, and not in layman's terms. Usually my reviews are positive, but I had to get this off my chest, just reeling from the fact that no test for valley fever was run. Do better Eastside Pet Clinic, I am sorry to have put my trust in you.

The East Side team is always kind, compassionate and patient. They’re always able to squeeze me in last minute if I need to be seen and I really appreciate it. They took good care of me and my boy helping him transition across the rainbow bridge. Thank you Dr. Goodenough for seeing me today. I appreciate you.
