Pantano Animal Clinic

We took our beloved Spark Plug in May to be eurhanized. The staff was wonderful . They let us bring in her bed to lay on for her comfort. We were allowed to stY as long as we wanted. They walked us through each step, telling us about the meds & how they affect her. She went peacefully , knowing we were there. Wouldn't have it any other way. We continue to take our other Potty there. Vet said , if all the dogs that came in were as sweet & well behaved as her , his job would be easy ❤️ Now , we also take our wild child puppy , Piston there . He received great care & attention through his puppy visits & vaccines . We will continue to use them & highly recommend them.

Been to many vets in my life, and so grateful we found Pantano Animal Clinic. Dr. Truong is everything you want in a vet, no matter the situation. Somehow, they remember all of their furry patients like they're family, and it feels good to know our fur babies are loved and well cared for. The other big difference between most vets and Pantano is that PAC seems to always find a way to get your pet an appointment asap. I love that! This review comes with a very high recommendation!!

Our recent visit to Pantano Animal Clinic was outstanding. The reservation process was a breeze and very accommodating to our schedule. Upon arrival, we were greeted professionally, and the lobby was spotless and welcoming. Check-in was smooth, and the experience in the examination room was very pet-friendly. The staff did a great job communicating with our pet while also thoroughly explaining everything to us along the way. One feature we especially appreciated was the separate exit, which helped reduce stress instead of going back through the main lobby. Huge thanks to the entire team for providing such a positive experience—we truly felt our pet was in great hands.

Great staff & vets. Easy to get appointments. Appointments run on time. Very clean lobby & exam rooms. All staff happy to educate pet owners & they're very compassionate & knowledgeable. Prices very competitive for the quality of care provided.

I’ve been with this church since Glenn Elliott was a young man you know he’s still a young man at 70 lol I’ve been there with my sons My sister and brothers and we’ve had a great time over the years I’m here in Florida now and watch you guys online every Sunday that I can I’ll be back in Tucson soon for a baptism Sunday it’s been a while so I feel I need to there’s nothing wrong with that right getting baptized twice over the course of 30 years. We’re visiting from IL with our old dog, Gus who developed a weird rash on his belly. We called Pantano and they were able to get us in the next day. Dr Truong was so thorough and kind. She was awesome!! The Vet Tech (I’m sorry I didnt see her name) was great too!! Makes me wish we lived here ❤️

I chose this clinic because it is very close to my home. I’m glad that I did. They showed a lot of compassion and care when I was needing to put my cat down. They tried to make sure that I wasn’t making any hasty decisions and offered several options. Once I made the final decision, they did honor my wishes. Was a very rough day to say the least. I miss my Duchess, but being able to give her a soft goodbye and end pain and suffering that she was experiencing is what helps me cope.
