Troy & Heights Animal Hospital

Went here for the first time recently and had a great experience. The team was very kind and really took an interest in my Cane Corso pup, Banks. I loved the appointment recap email I received after my visit, the small details showed they really cared.

We have taken foster cats as well as our dog, Aura, to the Troy & Heights Animal Hospital, and each time has been a very positive and minimally stressful experience for us! We switched from a larger, busier, and yes also more equipped facility Vet's office after our dog began showing signs of fear and stress going there. The small office of Troy & Heights ended up being a blessing for our dog; there's not a big, echoing waiting area for her to be scared by and the rooms are small enough that she clearly feels safer. Staff carefully make sure no pets encounter each other in the waiting area if it can be at all helped, which is fantastic with our scaredy-dog! The Vets and Vet Techs are all so very kind and thorough, never startling or hurting our pets. (In fact, our dog now rushes towards the door, excited to see her Friends among the Staff here!) (Is this office less equipped than the old one? Yes. Do we care about that, given how amazing they are? NO.) Thank you, for helping Aura feel safe at a Vet office again! (And thank you for taking such good care of our sweet foster kitties, too!) We're SO happy we switched to Troy & Heights!

Going to the vet isn't my dog's favorite place as she was being treated for an ear infection but she was happy with the care she received. Troy and Heights have been my trusted veterinarian for some time now. I recently had an opportunity to meet Dr. Williams. She is, simply stated, just wonderful. Her skill level is obviously pretty stellar. She was so good with my cat, took an ample amount of time to examine him, explain everything to me and address all of my concerns. It is rare to have an experience where you feel an innate trust with someone so quickly. The staff is always friendly, SO kind, so professional. They consistently go above and beyond each time I come in. They have, on more than one occasion, made time for my pet when I know they are incredibly busy. The facility is always consistently clean, they always provide me with the absolute best options for my pet, then we work from there. I cannot possibly recommend them more. They are a professional, compassionate veterinary hospital. If you are a pet parent, you know that placing your trust in anyone to care for them can be tough! But, If that is what you are looking for, I urge you to consider allowing them to care for your pet.

I used to go to this veterinary Hospital when the original owners were in this office but CORPORATE took over and they are very unprofessional The vet walked in with her energy, very hostile and negative when I addressed I couldn’t afford what they were asking only care about making money.. they hiked up their prices making it hard to afford and won’t work with you on what you can afford so you can take care of your pet!! Don’t go here.

Our dog needed testing done and some of the results that came back indicated further tests that would have been multiple thousands of dollars. An extremely unsympathetic nurse delivered this news without batting an eye. She also complained about having to be on the phone for 40 minutes to try to schedule him in with a specialist. We will not be returning after the unprofessionalism and lack of compassion demonstrated

Troy and Heights Animal is Awesome. Very reasonable prices and extremely clean facility. I was able to place an appointment online and be seen by the veterinarian within 48 hours. The vet and staff were knowledgeable, kind, and supportive. Because life is what it is our FurBaby did not respond well to any medication for her asthma. We decided it was time to release her from this worldly body. The office staff had set up a quiet room with tissues and other comforts to ease the pain of her passing. I am very grateful that we found this place. Days like today are difficult. To surrender is difficult. The compassionate and kind professionals in this office ensured our pets’ safe passage from this world while easing my and my families pain. Thank you for that. Goodbye Mabel we love you fur ever :’(
