GoodVets South Tampa

This is the BEST vet in the Tampa area. We've tried many places and GoodVets is where we trust 100% to take care of our fur baby! Dr. Kuhnz really cares about your pet like it's her own, and takes the time to listen to your concerns and our dog loves seeing her. I can't recommend enough

Dr. Ridenour was very knowledgeable and caring about my newly-adopted strays. Tech Adrian and the Dr. who drew their blood (unfortunately didn’t get their name!) were also very kind and great at their services. We’ve used Goodvets for our other cats and find their care convenient and up to standard. All prices are broken down and explained in detail to you.

Good Vets South Tampa is a wonderful facility that strives to ensure my fur-family, to include my grand-kitties, receives the best care. The staff are friendly and the veterinarians are the best in Tampa. You will be treated like family and so will your fur-babies at Good Vets!

I can’t say enough good things about this vet team. They helped me through a very sick cat and were incredibly compassionate when it was time to say goodbye. They now care for my other two cats and have been amazing every step of the way. Whether it’s an illness, a behavior concern, or me panicking because I’m convinced something is wrong, they are always kind, patient, and helpful. What I appreciate most is that they care about both the animals and the people who love them. I’m so grateful for their support and trust them completely with my cats!

The team here is amazing! I was a new patient and my dog had an emergency. They took us in right away and performed surgery the same day. They were very upfront about costs and precautions, which I really appreciated. I was able to pick her up just an hour later, and I could immediately tell how much love and care Lucy received. Dr. Johnson and Drea are the best. I’ll definitely continue coming here because I trust them and their guidance on the best next steps for Lucy!

I highly recommend this clinic! I took my yorkie, Mishi, here for her dental cleaning and check-ups, and the experience was fantastic. Dr. Gustavo was awesome, professional, and Mishi loves him! The facility is very clean, and the entire staff is super friendly. Thank you for taking such great care of Mishi!

The care at this place is excellent. Dr. Ridenour is exceptional and thorough. She will give you advice and care for your pets like they’re her own. She’s incredibly thorough and reviewed all of the documentation from a hospital stay my dog had, did follow up testing, and set up a follow up visit to ensure she was okay. The other staff and Dr. Johnson are awesome as well. My dog Millie receives so much love when she comes here which is a huge comfort. Highly recommend
