The entire staff here that I interacted with was so caring and efficient with our Daisy who is probably one of the most important family members. They were great, doctor called us and kept us in the loop when we left daisy for a dental cleaning, I did not have to wonder if she was ok which was also AWESOME -great pet ins plan as well

Could always be cheaper with and without their plan. Also, for doctors to offer free trials of medicine and even discounts for returning customers/loyal clients of the plan. The plan should cover dental services without there being a need to upgrade.

This was by far the worst experience I have had at a veterinarian (and I was a tech for several years). My original appointment was at a neighboring Banfield for 1430 today. They called to cancel at 1345 today and directed me to this location. I called to confirm the appointment and was told it would be no problem to accommodate the appointment. Upon arrival, I was told there was not a reservation but that they would still be able to see my dog (a simple vaccine booster, nail trim, and prevention refill). The whole ordeal took three hours. Her nails are sharper than when I dropped off and I had to return for prevention, which they had not administered or prescribed. They were mildly apologetic but this was horrendous service and I will not be returning to any Banfield location for further services. Picture attached of a very rambunctious puppy that was made to wait in a kennel for nearly three hours instead of being asked to return at a later date.

brought in a stray cat that had an injury not long before they closed and they were so helpful and nice! The vet tech was great and so gentle with the cat! Wish I remembered her name so I could say it here.

Just helped my daughter take my furry gkid JEWELY 🐈to get checked out....it was the most pleasant experience. My daughter has had Jewely for 17 (human)years, so she is an older kitty but still got some spunk in her. This location added Jewely 🐈same day and took very good care of her and relieved Jewely medical issue(constipation) for an older kitty it's a little painful. I highly recommend this location and we are so happy Jewely🐈 is feeling better.

I have been taking both my dogs to banfield since they were puppies- one is 7 and the other is 5. I have not had a negative experience there- the staff are great and so are the doctors- During Covid, they had the drop off service and not an in person visit as an option, I didn't really like that, but I understood why they did it. I also have taken them a few times where urine samples could not be collected because I walked them, and they peed prior to visit. I would have wished they told me not to walk them prior to their appointment visit, nothing to complain about- just mentioning a few hiccups I have had with them over the last 7 years- I would keep my babies with them until their last breath or mine- they have been good to us over all. Th black girl is 7 years old, her name is maxie, the boy is 5, and that is Rocket

Negative stars! READ THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS PLEASE! I BEG YOU DO NOT EVER COME TO THIS LOCATION! WORST LOCATION EVER! It deeply saddens and infuriates me how awful this location is...Please know that I genuinely try to give the benefit of a doubt when it comes to situations like this. I called and confirmed MULTIPLE TIMES and CONFIRMED MULTIPLE TIMES... If someone went undercover and looked at this location, it wouldn't take them long to see all of the many....MANY problems here... The front desk people are completely incompetent and genuinely act like they don't care about the wellbeing of your pet if it slightly inconveniences them. I called and asked in advance the SAME DAY, even an hour prior, that I would 100% be able to pick it up from this location by their front desk associate. They said yes...ask I asked multiple times. I got verification...multiples times that it was okay, but when I arrived (as other people have mentioned if their reviews), of course they have no recollection of this conversation and they decline it. My dog needs this medication and I made them aware of this. There is a reason they have terrible reviews. I have given this location multiple chances and I'm absolutely done. I am a Banfield member and pay monthly. It's also ridiculous that each Banfield has to transfer the information from location to location. They make enough money that they should be able to keep it all within the same system. I have never experienced such horrible customer service. Do not tell someone one thing and then change it. I am a very kind person but when I get lied and manipulated, that kindness will quickly go away. I would NEVER trust any of them with my furbabies.
