Lovet Pet Health Care - Surprise

I called the same day for an urgent need. My newly adopted, 16 year old chihuahua had blood in his urine. Staff accommodated a same day appointment within hours with my requested doc, Dr. Franny. They roomed us after sitting for only a few minutes. Dr. Franny was beyond competent, efficient, professional, and COMPASSIONATE. She had fabulous bedside manner (rare among DVMs). I had so many questions, and she was so patient. I appreciate that she explained a broad spectrum of tests, treatment, and referrals for my concerns. She let me choose after I was educated on all options. A week later my little Chewy has kicked his UTI with antibiotics, TLC, and Dr. Franny's expertise. I'm not sure if it was the doc or the business model, but this experience felt like going to a trusted friend for help. Thank you Dr. Franny and Love Pet! Chewy is back to living his best life, kickin up all that dust after a pain-free pee! We'll be back for all our primary care needs. Save us room Dr. Franny!

In the six years that I’ve had My big tuxedo, Leo. He’s never had any problems so when he became ill, And the situation became an emergency. I took the chance on Lovet because of proximity. They got us in quickly. I’m sure glad they’re the closest fit to me because once I got him there, they were extremely caring and knowledgeable. All the techs were very considerate. Doctors were amazing.Leo is regaining his health, and I feel confident that no matter what happens in the future I have these angels that will come to the rescue!

I've been to other Lovet locations, but this was the first time in Surprise. They fit me in with a days notice for a kitten I had found. The staff was friendly and helpful. The vet and vet techs were patient and helpful with all my questions! Looking forward to bringing my kitty back for checkups.

Dr. Newman is amazing ! I have an unruly French Bulldog and she is the only one he trusts. Her softness, patience and kindness eases his spirits , and definitely ours too ! We recently put our dog down and staff was very helpful, professional, friendly and supportive. This is out first time experience and we had no idea what to expect. We were allowed to stay with our dog till she passed. We were never rushed to get out of the room and there was someone with her till we got there to say goodbye. The experience at this place is 10 out of 10. The staff and doctors really care for the animals.They help us to make this unexpected and sad experience less painful. We honestly recommend this place. We are beyond thankful of how our previous dog was treated.

My dog wasn’t doing well, Lovet was able to get us in the very next day, which meant everything to me. They took the time to walk me through what could be going on and explained everything clearly and patiently. I was very emotional, and the team was incredibly compassionate and understanding while I cried. Even though the results weren’t what I had hoped for, I’m so grateful they helped make her comfortable and supported us through it. Their kindness during such a stressful time truly stood out. Highly recommend.

Had my Shih Tzu in a few months ago to have a sex reassignment (🤣), anyway recently I called and spoke with one of the office personnel to get an answer to a question. They were receptive and gave me advice and did recommend that I take my dog to s full vet office and get a complete examination which they really specialize in surgery. They were helpful and at least took my call. They mentioned if I need anything else to call them. Very caring and show an interest in the animals they have treated. I did go to a vet location up the street from my house and had the dog checked out. He is OK and goes in next month for his 1 year old visit and annual shots.
