One never really understands how mentally hard it is to have a pet, a member of your family, get sick. We had a cat, Sassy, she had a broken jaw. Dr. Kim saw her and gave us some recommendations. We decided to let her jaw heal on its own. Albeit, her jaw was going to be crooked but it didn't seem it would be bad. So we waited, as we waited he jaw seemed to get worse then it had an open infection. We took her to urgent care and they recommended we take her back to Dr. Kim for further evaluation. When Dr. Kim saw Sassy, she instantly knew it was going to be bad news. She was so kind and gentle letting us know she had a pathological bone fracture and that its likely cancerous. That would explain why she wasn't healing properly. She broke the news that the best course of action is to put her to sleep. She sent us home with a few days worth of pain meds so we could spend a little more time with Sassy and we did. I never felt rushed or taken advantage of. I was well informed and knew exactly what next steps were. Plus they communicated with me via text and that was super helpful for me as I do not like talking on the phone. Thank you Dr. Kim and everyone at Petsvet. You have all been truly amazing, I'll be bringing our 2 kittens to you when shots are needed.

I am soooooo happy with our first visit at this Petsvet Animal Hospital the staff was so very pleasant and helpful right up to helping me carry one of my cats in his carrier into the office and back out to my car. They are so sweet with everything they did for my 2 cats. The vet was very knowledgeable and helpful she (Dr Barbara McKibbin) made sure we understood everything that she was explaining to us. Yes and the vibes in the office was sooo relaxing that it put both of my cats at ease which is hard to do for my one cat. Also when they had the cats on the table one at a time they just kept petting the kitties and loving on them, which you could tell that they love animals.

At our first visit to PetsVet this week with our diabetic fur baby, we saw Dr. Kim. Having a dog with extremely high blood glucose levels, it was a real concern that we decrease her numbers as quickly as possible. Dr. Kim knew exactly what needed to be done to achieve that goal. We both just loved her and knew we had found a "home." Dr. Kim is just a gem! Friendly & loving to your pet (and us). Jolie & Riley are also great, caring and loving too. It was such a joy for my husband and me, coming from another Veterinarian who did not take an interest in the treatment of our diabetic fur baby. I am truly thankful and blessed to have found such a loving and caring Doctor and staff. Many thanks to all of you.

Our 18 year old cat was struggling to go potty. First time we used Petsvet and were immediately given a same day appointment. All staff were super kind and sweet especially nice to our kitty! This place is awesome and the prices extremely reasonable. Very happy with this veterinary we will use them for our Preventative care for all our animals! Highly recommend!

We were referred to Dr. Kim by a friend who is also a client of PetsVet. We are visiting 'Snowbirds' from Canada and facing some challenging end of life issues with our beloved Golden Retriever of 12 years. Dr. Kim and her staff are truly compassionate and caring professionals who have provided us with a real comfort level with where are pet is at and what to expect and plan for based on a thorough medical examination and diagnostic tests, including x-rays and an ultra-sound. We wish that this had been our Vet clinic throughout our pets life. Dr. Kim is kind, thoughtful and really cares about her patients and their owners, including ensuring that they are kept informed and can manage their pet's health within a budget. This was really appreciated as pet care costs continue to climb. This Veterinary practice is based upon Honesty, Integrity, Compassion, Respect, Accountability and Professionalism. My first experience was to have my 14 yo Golden Retriever put down while visiting in Phoenix. They were amazing, kind and compassionate. My second experience was having my 4 yo deaf Beagle/Jack Russell's annual exam, shots, etc. Again, so kind, knowledgeable and compassionate. I've found my new vet, after losing my 20+ years vet to retirement ♡

We moved to Arizona about a year ago and have been to 3 different Veterinarians since moving here. From the time we made the appointment, checked in, and met with Dr.Tracy our experience was great! We were able to schedule our appointment quickly, when we arrived we were cheerfully greeted and checked in quickly by the sweet girl up front. The vet tech, Xochitl was personable and caring, and Dr. Tracy was great! She thoroughly examined both of our dogs, she answered our questions and took time with us. We never felt rushed and our "babies" were well taken care of. Petsvet is where we will stay! The search for a new Veterinarian is over❤️❤️
