Absolutely Wonderful. Dr. Holmes and his staff are very kind and attentive. He listened to my concerns and asked multiple times if there was anything else or if I had any questions. Best place I’ve been in Northwest Arkansas. Highly recommend!

My little Juju was scratching her ears so bad she kinda cut herself. Woke up early Saturday and called around and a few places that were around me said they were booked and no new patients on Saturday. This place answers the phone cheerfully and puts me on the schedule, I arrive and went straight to an exam room. The vet assistant and Dr. Holmes was professional, explained thoroughly and enjoyed having a friendly cat that doesn't fight back. Shots given in room and the Dr took time to answer questions. Prices were reasonable too. 10/10 would recommend.

We had an amazing experience bringing our kitten in for her visit. The staff was incredibly kind and clearly loves what they do. They took the time to gently handle our kitten, explain everything in a way that was easy to understand, and answer our questions without ever making us feel rushed. Dr. Simpson and her staff were compassionate and made us feel confident that our kitten was in great hands. The clinic was clean, calm, and very welcoming. We are so grateful to find a veterinary team we trust and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent care for their pets.

My cat was experiencing repeat urinary blockages and Dr. Holmes and the staff cared for my cat many times and pointed me in the right direction for surgery. They are very honest and caring people and they helped me save my cat’s life. Would definitely recommend them.

Took my weenie dog today for an appointment for a check-up, and let me tell you, I was very disappointed with the nurse who handled him—very bad customer service. My weenie dog is very scared of the vet and the way the nurse handled the whole situation was wrong. Not once did she try to be friendly with him or show any type of emotion towards him. If you know dachshund they tend to bark a lot but he is friendly once you get to know him. The nurse seemed to be scared of him and once they took him to the back they just showed up with him all sacred denying to do the check-up and told us to come another day. My poor weenie dog even got a red bloody eye because of how sacred he was of the whole interaction. I do not no reccomed this place and will not be going back!
