I was totally impressed with the professionalism, the courtesy and the caring of every single person that worked there more importantly every time an emergency vet call is needed the expenses usually high, but for a place to give me money back on what I paid down just feather shows you that they care and they want your business I believe the Vet that I seen was very good caring comforting assured me that they were gonna do the best possible thing for my pet. Also, I assume her assistant let me know every step of the way what was going on? I think that the compassion they showed not only for my pet, but for the other pets I seen going and coming in very professional and most of all Carrie carrying, and you must be very reputable to keep up that type of standard. Congrats to all.
The techs were incredibly helpful. My dog was there for a little over 5 days and they were so kind to me and I felt like they really cared about my dog. Every tech I encountered was very thoughtful and understanding. They seemed very well trained and I met a ton of them! They allowed me to stay with my pet for as long as I wanted during his stay. More than anything I'm grateful that he survived because of the care he received.
Unfortunately we lost our pup last week, but AESC provided him with excellent care and tried everything they could to save him. They got him into the back as soon as we arrived, and they allowed us to sit by his side for the 7~8 hours it took to stabilize him for surgery (they even gave him a little crib with blankets to keep him comfortable). We knew from the start that the prognosis was likely poor, so we were able to use that precious time to say our goodbyes. Thank you Dr. Taylor and team for giving us the best goodbye that we could have with our baby.
Thank you all very much for helping me with Asher. Asher was loved beyond words. He lived a beautiful life in California and now Bentonville. Thank you so much for assisting us through an extremely difficult time. It will never be forgotten.
Animal Emergency and Specialty Center saved our dog Echo’s life. She was hit by a car 2 days after Christmas and was in critical condition when we arrived. They got her in immediately and gave her the scans and care she needed right away. They stayed in communication with us over the next two days as she stabilized, and because she had a fractured pelvis they kept her until she could have surgery a day later. All of their estimates for care and medications ended up being over what we paid, so it costed less than we thought it would. It’s been 3 months and Echo is almost back to 100%. We will forever be grateful for the care she received and we are so glad she is still in our lives.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had to take our dog, Louie, to the animal hospital last night and were fortunate to be seen by Dr. Melanie Spaink. She was incredibly kind, professional, and compassionate throughout the entire visit. It was very clear that she genuinely cares about the animals in her care, and that meant a lot to us during a stressful situation. The entire staff was also wonderful—everyone we interacted with was friendly, patient, and very helpful. They did a great job communicating with us and keeping us informed every step of the way. We’re very grateful for the care our dog received and highly recommend this animal hospital and Dr. Spaink to anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate veterinary team.
On Thursday, March 19th AESC helped my Aly cross the rainbow road. They took special care to make sure she was as comfortable as possible in her final moments. They have a room dedicated to spending time with your baby before making the difficult decision to do what is best for them in their time of need. The staff here were so compassionate and caring and helped me understand this was the most selfless option for my Aly. They followed up to check in on my grieving and were being patient with me and my baby girl. I don't think people give the staff of an emergency clinic enough grace. They are meeting people on the worst day of their life and give the most of themselves they can to make sure our fur babies have the best option available. Thank you Aly for taking care of me, I will always wish I could of done more.
