"I had a great experience with this clinic. My dog Toby had 14 teeth extracted and then a follow-up clinical evaluation. The staff was very kind and professional and explained everything clearly. I don’t speak English, and everyone helped me a lot, especially the receptionist and Dr. Ivanov Castellanos. They were exceptional. Toby is recovering well, and I felt very confident with the care he received. I highly recommend this clinic!"

This is my dogs primary vet for the last 15 years. Staff is excellent and I have no issues when it comes down to health related things. Thanks to them he’s still going strong for his age. 5 stars to that. However, this negative review is regarding his recent visit for nail trimming and cleaning up under his paws. I specifically told the technician to clean down UNDER his paws. What i received was completely unacceptable. He just shaved all his paws. To add to that, as my dog was brought to me, he was dripping blood from one of nails. They also wanted to charge me additional $60 for this job which I refused to pay. My dog had this service done many times in the past. I never had this issue.. I’m not sure what happened this time

If you wanna waste your time come here. They sent me all the information that they needed from me and I sent it to them as well as the rabies which was the only vaccination record that they told me I needed to send and the day of the appointment, they told me I needed another two vaccinations that I’ve never even heard of. Here comes the day of the appointment and they told me I can’t get the grooming done now and that I would have to reschedule. I only gave them three stars because they were actually very nice people over the phone but still not happy with having to schedule another day off to do this

We had an incredible first visit at Norbeck after learning about the animal clinic from a colleague. They were patient and kind and took their time to answer every question and provide information we needed before we even knew we needed it. It felt a bit like mind reading! It was wonderful. We were especially grateful to Becky, Dr Ivanov and the full vet tech team for being so thorough and accommodating despite our anxiety for a first visit with our two pups after some terrible experiences elsewhere. They genuinely care about the pets and it really shows. Especially when the vet sits on the floor to administer the test because your pup is scared! They allowed us inside for our first visit when we asked and we’re so grateful. We will absolutely be coming back again and again. Thank you!!

We are still heartbroken from the loss of our girl. She was with us for 9 years. I was under an immense amount of guilt, shame, and stress whilst trying to figure out what the best option for her was. I spoke to Dr. Ivanov and he explained that her tumor was not operable, and what our options were. We gave our girl the best two months and we can only hope she felt the love and care. We still feel her today, even after her passing. Doctor Ivanov and his assistant David, were one of the most compassionate people I have ever met. It was almost fate that he was our doctor. He was extremely gentle and sensitive towards our grief. He was soft and kind and patient with us as we held her and he laid her in her basket. If I was in the right mind, I would've given them the biggest hug. Dr. Ivanov and David were beyond gentle and made a horrible experience as peaceful and kind as possible. I hope every doctor who is in this occupation knows just how needed they are. You have my endless gratitude. Thank you, to both of them, for the love you showed our family and our little girl. We will forever be thankful.

I hv only been here one time so far. The place was clean, short wait to be seen once arrived, pleasant check-in staff at the front desk, Dr Murali Mallela who I saw was very pleasant, as well as his assistant on that day as well. The Dr was Professional, & he explained everything to me to my full understanding as this place was referred to me by a neighbor & it is convenient & close to my home. I hv nothing to compare this place too or the charges recieved because this was my first visit, but I certainly wasn't expecting such a high bill as I got either. 🙁 Asked if they offered Senior Discounts, on their services & was told they don't offer that either. Debating whether to continue there, because not sure what to expect next with any f/up visits & the cost too. I realize since I am a first time Dog Mom, that the cost of owning a pet is costly! She was a gift & I LOVE her dearly, so I will definitely take care of her to the very best of my Ability. She is my Family, my Companion & my Love 💕.

Our dog Turron had a pleasant time during his visit to Norbeck. The service was excellent (from the front entrance to the actual vet appointment), and we even received advice on how to improve Turron’s behaviour. The team is highly qualified, and we will definitely be going back 🐶
